Called Friday morning and was told they didn't have a time but it would probably be late day. I was puzzled that they still could not give me a time window. Friday 4:45 pm called again to verify someone was coming. Was told the trucks were just starting to come in probably one would be coming up to me. Last thing I was told was that the office person would make sure everything was ok before she left. I waited till 6:45 pm no one came and as before no calls from this company. When I presented my credit card, as I had told him I would do when I asked for the service, I was informed that there'd be a surcharge for using a credit card. I disputed his doing that because there was no prior notice. No mention of it in the emails we exchanged, no mention on his website, but he was adamant that he was going to charge the fee ($5), even to offering to take the stuff off his truck and call it square. It was worth the $5 to me to not have to deal with getting someone else to remove the junk, but I'll never do business with him again. Surprise extra costs are a very bad way to do business, but Junk Truck operated that way with me.

I was recommended Schiebel Waste by a friend of mine who had used them in the past without issue…read more The prices are reasonable and the 20yd container was delivered promptly. The issue came on pickup... Apparently the container was overloaded and the driver Just dumped the extra trash off the top of the load without ever making a phone call or email from the office stating I needed to correct the problem and they would reschedule the pick up. I sent an email explaining the problem to Katy the office manager and received a phone call from Dave Schiebel the owner the next morning. When I spoke to Dave and asked why there was still trash in my driveway, he informed me that "his is a high paced business and drivers have no time" there are also "very small profit margins" and "there were safety concerns about the load and didn't want to kill anyone on the highway". What I don't understand is why they didn't tarp the load or tell me I needed to fix the problem before they picked up the container. Instead they just dumped trash in my driveway... Dave Schiebel never offered an apology or to clean up my driveway. He said it was my problem to fix. Sorry to say that there are many more projects and my friends with projects that will not be using his service. Pictures attached...
