Absolutely horrible customer service. They could careless about Placed online order for business…read morecards, and opted for Second day air instead of standard shipping On march 1st. 6 days later I requested the status of my order, notifying them that I need them by the 8th at the latest, 8 days since ordering, and if I could boy receive them by then to cancel the order. I received an email saying no one approved a rush order and that my order is scheduled for a delivery of the 10th I called and spoke to them on the phone On the 7th asking for clarification on what they meant, and to reiterate that if I can't have them by the 8th I need to cancel. Throughout the conversation I offered :that if they must be shipped That 2nd day is no longer needed and that I should be refunded the money for 2nd day air. Words can not describe the lack of care and the "" it isn't my fault / problem it's yours ""attitude that I revived. Shortly after the conversation I received an email From their customer service department: ...."I was not contacted by anyone to rush the order, therefore, even though it's scheduled to ship FedEx 2nd Day Air the due date remained 3/10/14." That's 10 days later from ordering. @ no time throughout any contact either by email or phone did the words "let me see what I can do" , "I am sorry" or anything that resemble professionalism or care of their customers. All that was iterated was the inconvenience to them selves and that someone else would have to pay for it. I would look else where for your printing needs if I were you. I work hard for my money, and I prefer to give it to those who work equally hard at their jobs to earn it.

I also requested them to put a logo on one of my clothing items so i dropped that off when i ordered the business cards. It took about a week and a half to receive my poorly made business cards and when i picked those up, the clothing items weren't even touched yet. So basically a week and a half went by and i got terribly made business cards, and nothing done to the clothing items. Not to mention the employees at the store gave me a hard time when i told them what was wrong with the business cards. I would not recomend going to Action Printwear for any type of service unless you want terrible service and people giving you attitude. Action Printwear is definately not a professionally ran business. Terrible service, not friendly employees and poorly made products.

Absolutely do not use Nick at L&G…read more We paid nearly $20,000 for site work and a 12x32 shed pad. What we received was an undersized gravel mound that was not properly prepared for the structure we paid to install. Unfortunately, we did not realize the pad was not the correct size until our shed was delivered and we watched a significant portion of the shed extend beyond the prepared area and sit unsupported over empty space. I know Nick will likely respond to this saying the ground was not level and required a significant amount of stone. We understand that. We expected to pay for proper site work. The problem is not that the site required work -- the problem is that we paid for a 12x32 pad and did not receive one. Even Nick believed the base was 32 feet long during the project. Once the shed arrived, it became obvious that it was not. Nick claimed he used 16-foot boards during construction to establish the length, but later acknowledged the boards provided no structural purpose, and the photos clearly show shorter boards were used. Regardless, the result speaks for itself. We are now left with: * A shed extending beyond the prepared footprint * Significant visible voids beneath portions of the structure * Extremely steep gravel slopes that continue to shift * Additional expenses to hire other contractors to correct the work The most frustrating part is not the mistake itself -- mistakes happen. The frustrating part is refusing to make it right. We paid for a finished installation and instead received something that now needs to be completely redone by actual experts.

They moved my old heavy tube TV into the basement, set up the new one, placed it on the stand, got it all hooked up , waited to make sure it worked, and then took all the old packing material with them. They were very friendly and professional. They were gone by around 3:20 PM. Couldn't have gone any smoother.
