We ended up ordering caprese salad (the freshest buffalo mozzarella we ever had), one pasta, and the bread loaf filled with meatballs and ragu. We were in heaven, and the portions were tremendous. We left stuffed, satisfied, and paid about 45 euros for the meal. Highly recommended!

I got a mushroom pasta dish that was very tatsy and filling. I could only eat half due to how filling it was. My wife got an Aperol spritz and I got an italian beer. PANART is definitely a nice place to go, but the night time makes Panart look nicer because it covers up a lot of the markings on the wall. It is a whole pallazzo that's been turned into a restaurant. The waitress was super friendly and what was interesting is that they treat you like a local. We went there and wanted to pay with our credit card, but their machine wasn't working. So they said just come back when you have the money. We had the cash, but that was unexpected and nice. I would go back there. The menu for Sunday was either fish or meat. We had meat and it was A LOT of food!
