The "adu calculator " then says I need a phone Turns out this is just another contractor using slimy tricks. I got a call from this company. I told them about the the adu calculator issue. They said it was a problem with the website. I asked what the costs are for a basic ADU. She said "around $100K". Then she said it would be around $250K. I said what do you get for $100K. She said "nothing ". I asked why she threw out that number. She gave me a bunch of excuses like that she hadn't worked there long or she was unauthorized to give numbers. Either way this is just another contractor rather than a legit ADU calculator and they likely have no interest in actually giving objective real world estimates Stay away from them!
