And some people need more help than others. So try to be patient. And they do not work miracles, so keep your expectations reasonable. I've been to the store on Crescent Dr a few times in the last few months to help with orders and tech support. Each time I was seen within a few minutes. On two occasions I had the pleasure of working with Julie. She's great. Friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The store is lucky to have her.

I brought my 70 year old mom in to…read moretrade in her phone on our family plan, and while the representative was very sweet and friendly, she also sent us off with no instructions or offers of assistance to help transfer her info from one phone to the next. Then, we went back in to drop off the trade in and was helped by someone that turned us away and told us to go directly to UPS, even though the email said to drop the phone off at the store. Then UPS turned us away because we didn't have the right information. Finally someone explained that their system was down and walked us over to UPS with the right code. This isn't my first time with issues in service quality and accuracy with Verizon. The Martinez location that closed down was also disruptive and caused extra work for us after the sale was made.

    I switched from Spectrum, because they are trying to sneak in higher fees without the customer…read morenoticing. AT&T ... fast internet for a good price. That's about it .. the customer service is horrible. The techs need to learn how to install properly. They tried to get me to switch my phone service, but like the other services they offer, it's only half-assed, they don't fully do everything, they only do just enough. I'd rather pay more with someone else, than be stuck with their phone service too ... because whenever you'll need help, there's not a REAL PERSON to be found! Only this a.i. that never understands the human element!! My recent internet problem ... they kept apologizing, but that's ridiculous .. it doesn't ever help anything! They needed to get my service back asap. Stop apologizing! Techs finally came out and didn't fully do the install .. only parts, so it'll probably go out again. The only thing this company was good at were their welcome gifts ... better than most , they gave 2 good gifts within the first month ... but everything else ..

    The service repair tech, Jay-Jay in the San Francisco Bay Area is DISHONEST and did NOT do his…read morejob!! We had a repair ticket open up for our house land line phone to be serviced because of no dial tone and one ring tone, we purposely cancelled ALL our appointments so someone was home for his visit because the house is equipped with an alarm, but he did NOT show up for the promised time. All our follow-up actions failed after numerous attempts trying to find out when he would show to make up for his "no-show". We finally got his report from the service department saying he had written down that he could not get to the phone box at our house as "a legitimate excuse", NOT TRUE at all because we WERE at our house all day that day!! We are leaving AT&T because of Jay-Jay and HE does need to be retrained fully to do his job ethically!!
