Absolutely the best event rental companies!!! They did an AMAZING job with our wedding. The ivory draping they did was precise and made our wedding look like a fairy tale. They provided absolutely gorgeous tables and chairs and an elegant cake table. The service was PHENOMENAL. Andre is a great and genuine man. They actually care and you can tell by the work they do. Extremely timely with responses. They have great prices and extremely high quality product. Absolute life savers. Will 100% call on them for all of our rental needs. Even called them to do a back yard pre-wedding dinner because they were already doing such a great job with the wedding planning. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for them, how amazing of people they are, and how quality their product and service is. read more

Great service, very friendly and very punctual. When they said they'll be there at 11:30am they were on my doorstep at exactly 11:30. They helped out with the table layout since we had a lot of guests for a backyard party and he gave his professional opinion on what set up would work best and made sure I was happy before leaving. Pleasure to work with. No need to look anywhere else for rentals. read more

Local Events Rental - Zhilbert made my wedding day a success! - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me - Sun Valley, California

I cannot say ENOUGH about Zhilbert and the Local Events Rental team!! I used this company to rent everything needed to host a 420 person outdoor wedding at a ranch. From the initial phone call I could tell that I was dealing with an upfront and honest person. Nothing like the 5 other rental campaniles that I called for quotes who changed their prices depending on my responses. If I had a sound of surprise and "really, that's pretty good" then they would say they made a mistake and it was in fact a higher cost. If I sounded like I didn't like the price they mentioned then they'd get defensive and explain how they'd have to lift this or break down that and it's a lot of labor. Local Events Rental was nothing like that and HONESTLY had much better prices than 5 other rental companies that I called. I made so many changes to the invoice and Zhilbert never got annoyed or upset and was giving me advice and recommendations along the way of my wedding planning journey. I'd have been lost without him. I only had a month of coordinator and had to figure everything out on my own. Zhilbert just seems to actually care. We were complete strangers and now I truly think of him like family. My wedding wouldn't have been my wedding without Local Events Rental. Thank you so much, Zhilbert. I truly appreciate you so much. Here are photos of the dance floor from Local Events Rental, the decal that they laid down for me, tables, linen, napkins, plates, cups, basically everything! read more

My wife and I just used Local Events for our daughter's first birthday party, and we couldn't have been happier about the experience. The owner Zhilbert is a really nice guy, honest and easy going. He is more than just a rental supplier, he is really more like a design and event consultant. He took the time to give us suggestions for our party and theme, and he gave us a great deal. We originally just wanted to rent a set of boxwood hedges, but he had so many great rental items that we ended up renting a whole bunch of things that really made our secret garden themed party unique, stylish and eye catching. He even gave us many small design accent pieces for free as part of our package. The quality of his rentals were high (not worn out items), and when the delivery came it was actually Zhilbert and his sons personally making the delivery. Door to door service. They gave great suggestions too on where to place tables and chairs. The day after the party they came and picked everything up from our home. They were careful and responsible and they didn't damage anything at our home or in our yard during set up or pick up. I would definitely use them again! Thank you Zhilbert! read more

Zhilbert did such an amazing job at our wedding. After booking our venue they hung up some very unfortunate artwork in the room where we were having our reception. We had already rented chairs and goblets from Local Events Rental and luckily were able to add draping to cover the wall. Zhilbert's prices are very competitive, the best I found in all of LA/OC. We are so happy to have found him and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking. read more

Zhilbert was great! I came in a couple weeks before my wedding date looking for pillars for my flowers and a chuppah. He was willing right away to tend to my needs as I was losing time. He customized the pillars for me by covering them with a beautiful white fabric and the chuppah he constructed for me was simply gorgeous! I also bought two huge roses I requested to be placed on either side of the chuppah which he and his team happily added. I found out days before my wedding day that the staff at my event space was unable to take my heavy floral arraignments upstairs to my reception space, so Zhilbert and his team offered to take them upstairs free of charge!!! He was very sweet and very professional. He never tried to up sell me and was honest during the time we interacted. His prices were also very reasonable! I highly, highly recommend Local Events for your party needs!! read more

What can I say about Jilbert (Jibo as he's known) and his rental service that hasn't already been said. After getting quotes from basically every rental company in LA we were referred to Local Events through our DJ Armond. We made an appointment with Jilbert to visit his modest showroom and were shown a catalog of all the other options he had available for our wedding date. We found a lot of the same styles as other rental places, but his stuff barely looked used (maybe not that many people rent gold chairs and tables). He helped us design our table settings to go with the furniture, but what surprised us the most is getting a quote right on the spot - coming in $500 less than the other cheapest rental company we were in talks with. And the rentals we got were not "cheap" at all, there just didn't seem to be any price gouging on his end (we booked about 6 months before our wedding, and he told us most places will charge more for the short notice). In total we rented 350 gold chivari chairs, our bridal table with king & queen chairs, cake table, and rectangular gold & glass tables for our parents and bridal party. This included setup and tear down at 3am. Jibo and his crew showed up and worked with the event planner to make everything look spectacular. I forgot to mention we also rented white drapes from him and he even designed it to stand out with a unique tassel look. My wife was so pleased. You'll hate yourself for not messaging him. I'm sure he'll beat anyone's price to win your business like he did with us. If you're reading this, thanks Jibo. Ara+Argine read more

We used local events for our wedding in May, and I can't speak highly enough of Zhilbert and his team. They were kind and accommodating and gave us by far the best price when we were shopping around. Zhilbert allowed us to come into the warehouse multiple times with our decorator and helped us to find exactly what we needed. The drop off and pick up was seamless. This was the first big party I've ever planned, and I was honestly very surprised that handling the rentals was the least stressful thing we had to contend with.
