Just what I needed for back, neck and head pain. He worked it all out. I wish I could bring him back to Cali with me. My only complaint was with limited professionals it was a long day. First appt was at 11am and last appointment was 5. It was a long day but with the food, drinks and zen of quiet room it went fast. From the outside it looks like a small little shop. Upon entering you are transported to a high dollar spa. Truly a hole in the wall. (In a good way!) the bathroom was literally decked out similar to a high dollar spa. I truly loved the Christian vibe and discussion. It was clean, calm and so well equipped. I also REALLY love that Kim talked me into a lash lift/tint and out of lash extensions. She literally had me pay about half of what I would have just to give me the results I hoped for with less maintenance and money. This world is full of such unkindness and evil that it was wonderful to be surrounded by such a godly kind person. Will definitely be back!

I chose Legacy because of the location, just five minutes from my house. Given the current state of things, I called to see if I would need an appointment for a pedicure. They said yes, but asked what time I could be there. When I said within 15 min, they said to head on over. When I arrived, front staff greeted me and then asked me to wash my hands. I must mention that they require everyone, customers and staff alike, to wear masks. I felt a lot safer with this rule in place, and that they asked me to wash my hands upon entry. Soon after, they had me fill out an order form. The order form shows all of their services, as well as how long it takes for each service. I thought this was neat, because if you're in a bit of a hurry, you'll know how long it'll take, start to finish. Then, I was asked to choose a color and they directed me to my seat. My nail tech greeted me shortly after, bringing individually packed tools for my pedicure. I felt assured that they'd been sanitized properly. After getting settled, she adjusted my water temperature and then asked if I'd like a drink. They have margaritas guys!!! And mimosas, wine, sodas and water. Living my best life, I got a marg. I chose a mid tiered pedi--luxury. It was so nice, relaxing, and perfect to cure the quarantine blues. I think it was $38 total, and included a scrub and hot stone massage. I will add that I have every right to change my mind about an about a place I was not intending to go to in the first place. I also think if she wanted my business she could have offered a different day but she jumped to conclusions that I was doing something last minute and wanted to be catered to. There was absolutely nothing in my messages asking for special treatment or services. There are plenty of salons who take same day walk ins but I didn't even have to get it done today. All in all the listing is very confusing as it is listed as a Nail Studio but responds as Cheryl as an individual. She says I should have read about it but like I said in my review, it was a project sent by Yelp. I never reached out to her personally. I thought I was I was trying to book another salon. Her listing should be changed to reflect all of this so it's not confusing. It should also be updated with a new website or the one posted taken down as it does not work.

When you arrive at Udander for your appointment now, you call them to let them know you've arrived. The staff wears masks the entire time. Once you're in, they take your temperature using a forehead scan thermometer and there is hand sanitizer for you to use. Once inside your treatment room, they have a clean paper towel down for you to place to place your mask. I assume if you're just having brows or lashes done you can leave that on if you like, but with a facial, a mask just isn't possible. You place all your belongings in a basket and are given a small wrap/robe. Gone are the big fluffy blankets, but that makes sense. The bed is warm, so I didn't miss it that much. I didn't go back into the steam/sauna or shower and locker room areas, so I can't comment on that. I needed some products, and the receptionist took everything down off the shelf so I did not touch anything. Gone are the testers, of course, so if you want to smell something, I'm not sure how that will work. I was buying things I have used for years so I did not miss the testers. Maybe you can test things in the treatment room as part of your treatment if you know what you need in advance and ask at the beginning of your appointment? I'm not really sure on that. When it was time to pay, they had my card on file, so all of that was contact free. Overall, there wasn't a single thing I think they could have done differently or better. I felt safe and it seemed like they were taking every single precaution to help keep their staff and customers safe. And, as an aside, my brows look amazing, thanks Yvonne!

do not get the membership with this company for the sauna they will charge your card an 18.00…read moregratuity without your permission in addition to your monthly membership and they will charge it each time you come during the month. this was not in the membership that we signed. on our last visit the girl offered my husband and i a free face mask and tea and the owner told us not to give it to us. these people are fake nice, phony, vindictive and is struggling for money to keep this place open. they were willing to lose a 6yr customer over gettig 2 18.00 gratuity off my card illegally. i removed my card to keep them from adding gratuity and they still charged the card i removed. which is illegal. i never signed anything in the membership agreeing to gratuity. i had no issues with them until i got a membership with them. they also intentionally didn't have the sauna running when we got there and made us lose time on our hour sauna because the owner was mad that we canceled our membership because of the illegal gratuity charge. god will handle these people and their business will go down because i'm a child of god and not the one to cross. the owner is vindictive once you get a membership the moment you cancel they will not give you good service and will try to charge your card additional charges. do not use them. we are black by the way so the owner could be racist as well. i will never come to this place again. thank god that we will be having our own steam room put on our property. in the meantime we will be going to a different spa.

The techs are so nice and make you feel welcomed when you step through the doors. I was also offered a water and some chips which is always a nice touch in my experience. Personally I like it when nail techs give me options than just what I came in for because it really shows that they really care about your nails and what you leave with. Both times the nail techs talked me through some options and I came out feeling and looking great. Overall. Nice place!
