It was very unappetizing and we couldn't eat them. I called Fjord to tell them about this and there was no offer at all to refund me for the mussels. I don't think this store is a rip off, but I would have appreciated at least a token gesture to rectify the situation. I felt the man I spoke to on the phone could not care less that I wasted good money on something we couldn't eat. I'm not sure I'll bother to make the trip again.
