What a quaint spot between Ocean City and Sea Isle on Route 9. Service was first class, welcoming decor, and some the most delicious Mexican food that I have had in a longtime. The tacos de pollo are stuffed with delicious grilled chicken, served with guacamole and pico de gallo and black beans with Spanish rice on the side. Authentic, full of flavor, and filling! Truly a delight for the palate. We had a side of beef nachos, that was the healthiest of portions. We also ordered a small pizza which we finished with dinner later that evening. I have passed this spot on route 9 everytime I drive to the shore. It's a pizza shop that also serves Mexican fare. Stopped by finally before heading to the beach. The menu has a wide selection of Italian specialties and Mexican food. Quite a large variety. The restaurant itself is small and mostly a take out spot. There are tables to sit if you prefer to dine in. The staff was friendly. The restaurant itself was busy for a Friday night. A good amount of people were waiting for take out. We ordered a variety of Mexican food items . There are not too many Mexican options in this area so was excited to have an option. We stared with the taco salad in the shell. Three of us go this salad . They offer with different protein options including ground beef taco meat, steak, or chicken. The lettuce was fresh and the dressing was so good. There is a spicy ranch option and a cilantro green dressing both very good but different. We also ordered the tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were carne asada steak tacos. Homemade salsa that was so spicy was a great addition. Don't just drive by this spot definitely try. I'm sure this spot is summer busy but it's open all year. read more

My go to is the salad bowl with a deep fried shell filled with salad, beans and choice of meat or shrimp for a small additional up-charge. We have also enjoyed their loaded fries with steak!! Don't bother with this place, they have the nerve to charge $2.50 for extra sauce which is outrageous considering I can get any other toppings except for the premium toppings for the same price. When considering food cost to make pizza, (I know my sister owns a Pizza place up in Pennsylvania) the dough is the cheapest and the sauce is the second cheapest. I call them up to let them know I wasn't pleased to learn why my one topping pizza was almost $19.00, turns out they want to cheat people and charge $2.50 for maybe fifteen cents worth of sauce. I also needed to let them know that they did not put extra sauce on the pizza that I was over charged for. They insisted they did (see photos there was barely any sauce let alone extra) they offered me a credit towards my next purchase which is useless for me considering I will never patronize the establishment again, so they told me to drive all the way back there for the two dollars and fifty cents, considering it would cost me more in gas than the two fifty I was cheated out of I'll just dispute the charge for the entire pie because it's in the garbage. The pizza more so tasted like the cardboard box it came in and it was so dry it was inedible, so in the garbage it went and now I'm eating a twenty five cent Ramen soup packet for dinner now. Considering I've spent almost fifty bucks in two days at this place, two burritos which was actually really really good and a side of meatballs, nothing special about those, they were obviously frozen food service grade. I did read another yelpers review and the had the same opinion as I'm going to put forth here, drop the Italian food from your menu and just stick with what you know. read more

We've been curious about this place since it opened and there aren't many Mexican options around here. So glad we finally tried it. We ordered takeout and it was quick - 3 platters in 15 minutes. We shared the shrimp quesadillas, blackened mahi burrito and the pork tacos. While everything was delicious, the shrimp quesadilla was the best! Big, flavorful shrimp. The burrito had a nice sized mahi fillet. The pork tacos were ok. We chose the rice and bean sides and both were good. I highly recommend trying this place for the Mexican food. We ordered and enjoyed pizza from here in the past. Most other places were closed on Monday in October due to the off season. We ordered a large pizza with meatballs and sausage for $20.50 excluding gratuity. I picked up the pizza within 20 minutes. The pizza was hot and tasty when I arrived home with the pizza. You can also eat in the restaurant in their dining room with tables, although we never ate here. We usually get take out pizza from here. I wasn't expecting the Mexican food from this pizza place to be on point. It was so good I had to go back two days in a row. On my first trip I got the chicken tinga nachos which amazing. They were loaded with so many toppings and had flavor in ever bite. The second trip wasn't quite as good as the first but was still good. The chicken fajitas were good but I could've done with the meat and veggies being separate from the rice and no cheese sauce. Still very good though. read more

My menu had burrito (chicken burrito) for $11.25 . I call it in they say it's $14.39 Ok maybe my menu is old. I drive there she rings it up $14.39 and says you don't care about the change do you . I don't have any quarters . As I am putting a couple of dollars in the tip jar. Ok fine. I pick up a menu off of the counter. It has the price at $12.99. I asked the girl why she said I don't put the prices on the menu do you want to speak to a manager. I say sure. A guy comes out and said what's up buddy. I told him what was bothering me. He picks up a menu and turns it over and says it has right here Prices subjected to change without notice. So I say I guess these menus are useless then if you are going to just change you prices without notice then why put the price on the menu we can just guess then . You are going to make up the price and talk to me like I am wrong for questioning it. Then you just last one customer and get free advertisement from me. This is the BEST mexican food in Cape May county. The fajitas are simply the best I have ever had. The quantity of food that you get is unreal! Tacos are pretty good as well. Ordered the beef Chile Rellenos. They were terrible! The picture below shows the slimy "fried egg batter coating" hanging from the fork. Absolutely delicious! Stopped in last night for the first time. We dined in. The chips and salsa were delicious. Fresh chips and homemade salsa. We ordered wings, quesadillas and a Cobb salad. The salad was fresh and delicious. The dressings were homemade and great. The quesadillas were great. The wings were delicious, huge, crispy and so full of flavor. They are not your typical "franks red hot" wings. I'm simply amazed by how delicious everything was. The place itself is spotless, so clean. Love the decor of painted birds and vases. It makes you feel like you're at a little mom and pop in Mexico. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was so nice and personable! We can not wait to return.
