You can watch the pig roast. Very warm on a cool night. Started with a pisco sour mixed perfectly. Then had wine and dinner that was just amazing. For dinner, I had a seafood risotto and lamb chop. It was heaven. The food was cooked perfectly, the portion was large. I ended up taking it home and ate it for breakfast the next day. For dessert, I was provided a local Chilean dessert and it was amazing. We also had some after dinner beverage that I cannot quite remember what it was.
