Delivery was at 8:10pm despite the store being 5mins from the house. This is not the first time the wait time was over two hours on a regular Saturday night. Dispatch provides standard excuses that are not realistic. It is important to understand your customers want a realistic estimate, otherwise it is poor customer service which is not the driver's fault. Estimate better and/or get more drivers

I got hired and when he found I had kids and mowed lawns on the side he went off on me saying if I work for him it's for him only, so he wants me to deliver for him part time and I can't make anything more on the side? they also called me out of the blue in the morning when I was on the phone with my son when I was not expecting their call from a number I didn't recognize and said if I'm going to be on the phone with my kids I cant work for him. then asked what my wife does for work and when I said she has an online business selling sunglasses he went "oh great" sarcastically whatever that meant. he's a complete jerk off, and the girl who manages his business seems nice but she completely worships the ground this guy walks on so I assume he manipulates the crap out of her too. very sad really because she's just desperate for a job.

Unfortunately this guy has my cel # due to knowing him long ago - I am sitting, reading and get a text from this guy. "Called me and a**hole, douche, said he could do what he wished, as I have to call bylaw officer. I reminded him I manage security and parking and have a city issued license. Asked him to stop texting me, or he would be served a trespass order ( another vocation of mine here ) and he continued, called me names, made up new laws ( ha ha) and said doing so would be threatening his livelihood - he did that, and will not be welcome back on property.

Originally established to provide catering to local businesses, they easily get my vote as the best Covid-19 adaptation. Open still for catering throughout the week there are now offering "pizza" boxes on weekends that are PACKED with. Value and flavour! They easily feed 2-3 people and run from around 35-40$. They weekend pizza box price and contents are published every Monday evening, but are in limited supply and all I've seen, and ordered have sold out within an hour or so.
