Let's first start off by alot of people know the owner Mike as a grumpy old man that treats drivers like crap. I personally have heard how Mike treated one of his disabled drivers. Yelling at him, heard Mike call him stupid even. Honestly from how I heard Mike treated the driver it was utter abuse! Mike has a woman in the office as well, not sure of her name but she is no better then he is. They run this business out of Mike's Home. Living on the same street I see alot, and heat alot. I use to follow this business on Facebook as sometimes it is hard for me to get out, and I considered using their service. But never would I after I heard and saw how he treats the people that deliver for him. A friend of mine use their service and talks to the woman in the office. My friend told me how they bad mouth drivers, how they mistreat them as well. We both saw that one of their drivers die. Those cold hearted, non human things posted on Facebook how they were doing a benefit for him at some local restaurant. (Not sure if I saw what restaurant or maybe I forgot. They didn't do that for that poor driver and the people I saw him pull up with that I can only think was his family. Grand River Delivery, Mike and whoever that lady is in the office only did it for their own benefit! If all this isn't bad enough, it has also been brought to people's attention from a native woman that used the service before that they boot leg after hours. My friend has since dropped their service and has went with another service. You think this company is good people you are wrong. They talk nasty about their customers too. There is another lady in that home ran office that seems to leave alot by medics. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike and that other lady in the office treats her badly either. If they treat drivers and customers poorly just makes me wonder why that other lady needs so much medic help. It also seems they can't keep drivers as drivers come and go for some reason. I'd suggest going to Big Boy or anybody else but these people. Some even have said their food is cold. read more
