Dispatch is always incorrect with the delivery estimate. They indicated the delivery would be 45min from 5pm. The driver called at 7:30 to indicate he was leaving the Beer Store. Delivery was at 8:10pm despite the store being 5mins from the house. This is not the first time the wait time was over two hours on a regular Saturday night. Dispatch provides standard excuses that are not realistic. It is important to understand your customers want a realistic estimate, otherwise it is poor customer service which is not the driver's fault. Estimate better and/or get more drivers read more

Most unreliable delivery service. If ( and that's a big if ) they decide to deliver to you..do not expect it to be on time. No matter where in the city. We've waited more than two hours on some nights. Some drivers are fantastic, some are far from it. It's a flip the coin service...might work out for you,might not. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered a 40 of whiskey and a 1 liter Smirnoff ice. I said a one liter. The driver came to the door with a mickey of Smirnoff vodka. The driver said that was all the order was. New years eve. spoiled. Thank you sooooo much. B and D forgot to place my order years ago. that is why i did not use them for years. They are very slow. And you are waiting forever. It costs way too much money for delivery. I remember one of the drivers short changed me. They did not have the biggest selection either.And it took forever. I quit ordering from them 3 months ago. I just stick to LCBO,The Beer Store,Wine Rack. Worst service ever! This did not happen just one time. Call at 5, check in with them on delivery time at 630, says "he is right around the corner! Your delivery will be there any minute"......Call back at 730, calls driver, another 20 minutes??? We pay for convenience, not a 3 hour delivery time. Then I ask for delivery charge to be waived? NOPE, maybe next time if we keep it on file. I will no longer be using this service, and they don't even care. Enough customers that I don't matter. I've never written a yelp review but their service is so bad that others need to know to choose another provider. I ordered at 4:30 and was still waiting at 7:15 once they arrived they parked in my neighbors driveway. Anyone that thinks they have good service probably works there. Sometimes fast...sometimes very very long wait...This time it's a no show...no warning...no courtesy call....the reason we call for delivery is usually because we already had a drink and don't want to drive....so much for encouraging people to stay safe....Bravo read more
