We both really…read morefeel that she discriminated and mis-represented our offer to the sellers based on a extremely outdated idea that my offer wasn't good enough without my husband's visual approval. I found this to be extrodinarily rude given that our offer didn't include him on the loan. He is extremely busy as a corporate attorney and pressed for time and relies on MY judgement for many decisions. She made a comment when he was forced to visit - EVEN AS A BACK UP OFFER - that she could not recommend my offer to the sellers until he saw it. This implied that all of our work scrambling to get the paperwork together was for naught as we were initially competing with another offer. I pulled our back up offer and would rather not have a chance to live in the house than help put money in her pocket.
