I recently sold a property to Brad and the whole process was painless. I had an older house that…read morehad been mistreated by tenants and needed major repair. Brad came to see the house and we worked out a deal. From there I had to do very little. Brad always took my calls and answered my endless questions. He was professional and empathetic (I had some sentimental feelings about the house). Closing was a breeze and I am now free from a property that I just didn't want to deal with anymore. I did not have to deal with realtors, inspectors, or the back and forth of a traditional sale. I definitely recommend working with Brad.

Grant and team are honestly the best real estate team that I have had the experience in working…read morewith to sell our home. Whether selling or buying a home, the process and hoops can be daunting, frustrating, and stressful but Grant and his father, Jim and their team are truly fantastic. They are communicative, knowledgeable, considerate, compassionate and go just 'above' the rest in all aspects of the process from our initial meeting, to providing comps and marketable pricing, to negotiating a fair deal, and through handling a very complicated closing. We had previously had the property under another company's listing without any traction and after back on the market under their hands, we had a good offer and closing within weeks. We were also in the unique situation of having to handle closing items (inspections, repairs, etc.) all remote just due to personal timing challenges on my end, but Grant and his team personally handled all of those details and multiple trips in our absence to make it happen. I was never more confident in this process than I was with them and I would absolutely recommend Grant and Jim to anyone in the future.

We have been dealing with Natahlie Mullinix in the real estate business for over 33 years. She sold…read moreour house for us when no one else could. She did it quickly, efficiently, effectively, and professionally. We had two other Realtors before her and they did absolutely nothing with it. She sold it in a short period of time when the other two Realtors never even got a contract. She actually worked at selling the property when the other two Realtors just sat back and waited for someone else to sell it which did not work. In all my years of dealing with different friends and relatives and people with real estate, I have highly recommended Nathalie to everyone I don't know of a better realtor/broker who would do a better job for anyone than her. She is passionate about what she does and extremely professional very punctual and very proficient. She cares about her people and you can tell a big difference from that. She looks out for both sides of the deal. To make a long story short even with our property being sold quickly if she had not have stepped in to help the selling agent it would have fell through at the table because the other realtor for the buyers was incompetent. She has many years of experience and knows how to see well in advance to prevent many problems before they would start. If there is issues she definitely is the one that needs to handle it. You won't find a better one I haven't in 33 years.

Top notch team @ Berkshire Hathaway on Light St in Fed Hill. We worked with James Baldwin and…read moreTimmie Taff. We could not have been in better hands. We started our process on Feb 15 really more by chance than anything. On Feb 16 we ventured into an Open House -- not really serious yet. Once we met Timmie & James, though, we quickly jumped into active mode. They asked good questions. Really asked what was important to us. As important, their responses to us matched our answers, our desires. Over the course of a few weeks, we looked at several houses. We even backed off and decided to wait. They were understanding and let us know it is our pace. Once our house sold (in one day), we jumped back into the game. Timmie and James were both there to help us. As it turned out, our buyers needed to rush settlement to lock in rates. James & Timmie helped immensely as we were able to get all of our parties to agree to the rushed settlement. They both made us feel comfortable about our decision and that we had all of our requirements met. Their advice from house selection to inspection and settlement was great. April 3 -- we settled on both transactions and slept in our Federal Hill home. Moving to Fed Hill -- look for James Baldwin and Timmie Taff.
