We can't say enough good things about Linda Griego at Coldwell Banker Roadrunner Realty in Yucca…read moreValley. Linda did an incredible job representing us as sellers and made the entire process feel so much easier. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed her. Linda kept us informed, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure our interests were protected throughout the sale. The entire staff was also incredibly supportive, helpful, and welcoming whenever we needed assistance. Selling a home can be stressful, but Linda's guidance, along with the support of her wonderful team, gave us confidence every step of the way. We are so thankful for everything they did and would absolutely recommend Linda to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring agent to sell/buy their home.

While they can't hold a property for longer than 2 weeks, they were able to help assure me that they would make sure we get a rental we wanted. While we did take the risk of renting site unseen due to moving across country, the property itself came with very little issues, and they have been prompt at addressing the maintenance even with the holiday on Monday! If you're also looking into their properties, I recommend having some longer term patience as they let me know they were often busy with property management and assignments after the 6th of the month. Catching them at the tail end of one or the beginning of the next is ideal for getting the property you want!

Information being withheld, added effort and energy by Tenant etc are all attributes of this company. It has taken 25 emails to properly receive necessary information for a simple fridge replacement/ delivery. No details provided and, once again, I have personally had to invest my own time to manage the incident. The "agent" also did not provide my phone # as direct contact by delivery company which makes zero sense. Tenant should receive any/all pertinent details, P.O. purchase order, contacts, vice versa, as to ensure a seamless endeavor. That being said, it seems as though "Yucca" and surrounding area(s) are used to getting subpar services as a general rule.

I questioned his honesty when he said we didn't have to get an inspection because "your house is in good shape, right"?
