Information being withheld, added effort and energy by Tenant etc are all attributes of this company. It has taken 25 emails to properly receive necessary information for a simple fridge replacement/ delivery. No details provided and, once again, I have personally had to invest my own time to manage the incident. The "agent" also did not provide my phone # as direct contact by delivery company which makes zero sense. Tenant should receive any/all pertinent details, P.O. purchase order, contacts, vice versa, as to ensure a seamless endeavor. That being said, it seems as though "Yucca" and surrounding area(s) are used to getting subpar services as a general rule.

Paul has went above and beyond what I thought a realtor should do, he was able to work with my income to get me into a house that I loved. Although I had looked at several other houses this home was the one that I kept coming back to and Paul knew this. He expressed the importance of the natural landscaping and how to maintain it. After everything we talked about I realized the importance of having a property with the native life of our desert. Paul Karr I wanna say thank you for guiding me through all of the steps and the recommendations of the other agencies that have been a part of this and most of all for answering all of my calls with all of the crazy questions and reassuring me that it's all working out a giving me a good piece of mind.

Coming from Northern California, we always dreamed of having some roots in JT, Yucca, or Twentynine Palms and with Merl and Dori's help, we found the second home of our dreams. Our time was a tad short for the search so we had created a list of 8-10 places and Merl made it happen - we saw everything in 2 days. Merl was honest and helpful explaining pros and cons, being a long time resident of this area. It is amazing how many people he knows. Every other stop, people came up to him saying hello. Once we took the plunge, when I drove 7-hours down to get the renovation started, he helped me remove some chollas (cacti with barbed spines) right when I arrived to make sure my 3 big dogs wouldn't have a tango with them. He genuinely cares that you find the best situation and have a good experience, knowing it's a difficult process and lots to consider. We love Merl and Dori and have definitely settled in nicely in the abode we picked in JT. After some work, we are really happy with how it eventually turned out. A big thanks to them both in making us feel welcome in joining the community!
