About 6 months ago I started looking into moving my family to the high-desert from metro LA. It was a big change & having never bought a house before, I was intimidated by the whole process. To this day I think of her as like a cool aunt- always warm & sincere if I call w/a question; always asks about my family. But make no mistake- she is a no-nonsense business professional!
