The service and personal attention we received from Diane Giannelli was exceptional and first-class! Her knowledge of the local market is extraordinary. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and that everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. There is simply no possible way this outcome would have been reached if she were not gently steering all parties - via countless calls, messages, updates and most critically, her very sound advice! Diane is a first-class professional whose trust she carefully earned and will keep for many years to come! After the experience we just came through together, we would not consider working with anyone else for a mortgage. Period. Diane is amazing!!! read more

Where to start? Diane Giannelli and her professional team got it done for me, and made it easy. They know the ins and outs of this business, and will utilize everything they know to make it happen for you. Buying a house takes a while, and requires lots of emails, document submissions, etc. With First Nations, they make as easy as possible. Simply respond with whatever they need from you during the process, and they take care of the rest. Keep in mind..they are BUSY...there is no need to complicate things with frequent progress checks, etc. Just trust the process, and they will come through for you, and close on time. Thank you Diane and associates! read more

Diane Giannelli was very efficient and expedited all of my loan documents and was able to get my loan approval in a very short period of time. I found her team to be very helpful. She always answered my calls and my questions. The paperwork was very organized and straight forward. She also wrote my pre approval letter quick so I was able to get an offer in on a very competitive home. I am definitely recommending her to anyone who is serious about getting a home loan. read more

I'd have to rack my brain to say anything bad. My fiancé and I just bought our first home in the high desert, and for anyone who went through this process in the past year or so knows how insane the housing market was for us. But Diane legitimately reduced quite a bit of our stress. She was always super responsive, very clear and organized, and also knew how to heal any miscommunications with our realtor. She gave us some good financial advice, and we ended up closing on only our second offer! Would recommend to other FTHBs in the Hi-Dez. read more

I first went with a Veterans United for funding and they screwed up the appraisal big time. My realtor referred me to Diane. WOW, what a difference. She was able to get me approved and improved my rate by .725 saving me over $125 per month. Quick, responsive and easy to work with. read more

This is not my 1st purchase with Diane Giannelli and we have an interesting history. DG came to mind but then so did the past experience. Yes there are other lenders however DG is well known as a lender in this area. And my family wanted to experience the ultimate home purchase with DG. Why? Our new familiarity was flawless of course. Everything from initial contact to the closing of escrow was perfection. After this I am ecstatic about returning to create an epic narrative of my family's home buying experience. DG is the most knowledgeable home lending banker in this area plus she knows everyone there is know. DG needs awards for her tough grind and innate ability to produce results that will keep you coming back. DG is a certified pro in the world of lending to include extensive experience with VA lending and other home lending programs for all buying situations. Call DG to see what she can do for your real estate desires and needs! read more

About 6 months ago I started looking into moving my family to the high-desert from metro LA. It was a big change & having never bought a house before, I was intimidated by the whole process. Luckily I have a friend in the area who recommend a great realtor (Karen Eckenroth) and Diane Giannelli @ First Nations for the mortgage. From the moment I met Diane I felt very at ease & taken care of. She was welcoming and there was a good mood in her office, including in the other clients. She explained everything clearly and alerted me to some surprising mortgage programs I wasn't aware of. She was also concerned with the realities of our young family's overall transition plan, which I appreciated, having recently lost my mother. To this day I think of her as like a cool aunt- always warm & sincere if I call w/a question; always asks about my family. But make no mistake- she is a no-nonsense business professional! Everything happened just as she said it would, we got approved at a great rate and she knew exactly how to handle every step in the (not-so-fun) escrow process. I always felt confident in her competence as she clearly has a very strong work ethic and takes pride in everything she does. Her office and appearance was always immaculate, and she has an eager & helpful staff to assist. If I have one "complaint" it's that I couldn't always get her on the phone when I had whimsical little questions here and there during the escrow process (although the staff could always answer these questions readily). But that's a healthy sign overall, I think- like difficulty in getting reservations at a great restaurant. She's busy because she's good. Best way to summarize might be: after meeting Diane the first time, relieved, I spoke to my wife and told her, "I just met the Oprah of home loans!" read more

As good as it gets- Diane was referred to us by our realtor, Madeline at Cheri Miller and I cannot thank her enough for that connection! Having just come out of a near financial disaster due to major medical bills, I was a nervous wreck going into this process. Not only did Diane provide excellent guidance navigating through some murky waters, she got us an AMAZING rate at the same time. She appears to thrive on a challenge and is a super quick, to the point, no-holds-barred professional - which I love. She also happens to be very kind and personable at the same time- a rare combo! Her office staff are equally amazing and could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane to anyone needing home financing. Thank you, Diane! read more

We have to give Diane at First Nations the best possible recommendation. She knows what she is doing and was the most efficient lender representative we have ever dealt with, and we have purchased more homes than we can remember. She treated us, and I suspect everyone she works with, like we were family and kept us updated along the way. Diane is the best! read more

**Best in the area** My husband and I moved to 29 from Hawaii. We were planning to live on base, but it started to take a while to get housing so we figured we minus well invest. I found a house through Osgood Reality (highly recommend Bill Osgood also) and he referred me to Diane, and Thank God he did. It was truly a blessing to utilize her services. My husband and I viewed a house on a Friday, and called Diane late that evening and met with her on Sunday, her day off all while she was moving out of her that she just sold! It amazed me how she put us at such a high priority. From the moment we walked into her office I knew we chose the right person. She quickly accommodated us with water and snacks. We ended up looking at another house that I fell more in love with. She knew we needed to get into the house as soon as possible. We viewed the house on Jan 17th and got the keys Feb 3rd. She is exceptional with communication' deadlines and getting you into your home within weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She is very sincere, she sent us a $50 home depot card for our new house! Thank you Diane! read more
