I've been doing business at HSBC Palmyra for over five years now. It's the primary bank for my…read moreemployer, both for business and personal accounts, and I've had an account with them for at least the past four years. The Palmyra branch has super-friendly tellers and I'm always greeted with a smile, and feel that we're on a "first-name basis." When I have problems with my accounts, whether personal or business, I always feel comfortable to call and ask for assistance and am almost always content with the way things are handled. When I first started using this particular branch, I was impressed with all of the staff. It never took long to complete transactions; the lobby and the drive-thru were always open and well-staffed no matter what time of day (during business hours) I would drop by. However, as with many big businesses in today's economy, the number of people working there has dwindled, and although they remain cheerful and happy while serving customers, the waits are sometimes a little longer as can be the response time for more complicated financial issues/questions. Also, kudos to HSBC Bank, USA for changing up their website presentation for mobile devices in the past week. It was always a chore to enter all of the security information into the "full-size" website forms on my iPhone, but now they've created a mobile layout that makes mobile banking SO MUCH easier. Way to go, HSBC... I had seriously considered changing banks for this fact alone, since much of my life happens on-the-go. This will definitely keep me around a little longer. HSBC is a decent bank; the people at the Palmyra branch are above average.

She has worked for M and T bank for 13 tears. She did her first year as a floater and learned the process. From there she came to the East avenue branch. And she's been there now for 12 years. A total of 13 years. That's impressive. Alyssa is a nice girl, always polite, professional.

Bank is pretty much a bank. However I wish the web banking and app were better designed. I was told that the 24 hour banking really shouldn't be used between 10-12 PM. HUH??? Unacceptable. I was never notified of the error and would have gone weeks thinking my payment had been made.

Plenty of parking . Near many restaurants and shops. I opened a new account there today and they are extremely accommodating. Remember that this bank has international presence, so if you travel abroad that helps Nice decor and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed the enclosed Zen Garden. Warning : If you're disabled you will have no restroom access. The public restroom is down two stairs, with no elevator.
