Held it for 10 days until they could get to it, then just did a quick looksee, nothing was repaired, they just totally left me hanging! So I contacted Bradley directly, they sent out their guy to come up here to pick up the mower. He haul it down to Bradley IL to their service center, they got it fixed and delivered back to me within a week. I'm quite happy with the mower and happy with the follow-up service.

On our installation date the crew went above and beyond the call of duty, accommodating our request for a slight change in location that required some creativity and skill in routing gas line and electrical conduit. The end result was great, and our house was none the worse for wear. The team also provided a good overview of care and maintenance of the system -- though for the most part it is truly automatic and requires only minor annual service.
