There was a miscommunication at the start of the project, but in the end, I left satisfied. Julio and his guys did a good job and I feel like my place has more life to it than it did before. For that, I am thankful. Fortunately, I did my own research when it came to the type of paint I felt I should get, where to get it, and approximately how much. Tips/pointers were provided by Julio which I feel were helpful to a newbie customer like me. Overall, I'm happy I chose to use these guys. Pros Courteous and prompt Reasonable pricing Communicative Honest & Helpful Quick and mostly efficient (completed in 1 day) Cons Ended up paying more for paint than what I needed Slight damage to furniture (this was compensated though) Would I recommend? And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

We have had Tinos do both our full house exterior repaint as well as a small repair/repaint. When we called them back for some work on the inside of the house, they took a lot of pride in how well the exterior paint was holding up and offered to do some minor touchups where our wreath hanger had scraped the paint away. I don't…read morelook for perfection when selecting a partner, I look for someone with the pride to do their job right and willingness to work through issues to get things right. Wilder was one of the best at that. He came highly recommended by our color specialist from Sherwin Williams, but we still made a point to get three more bids before selecting Wilder. We noticed immediately that Wilder does a thorough job assessing the work and taking good notes to ensure he understands the project. He offers input on paint type, asks questions and understands paint tolerance. His bid was formal, comprehensive and easy to understand. He painted our entire first floor in only three days, floor to ceiling, trim and walls. He did an excellent job with only a few minor errors that he was back to rectify within 48 hours. He pays particular attention to protecting carpets and furniture. Not a single drop landed where it wasn't supposed to. Even better, on his return inspection he noticed that one of our walls looked less than perfect due to poor work on a drywall replacement from the home's previous owners. He got his team back out here, smoothed out the wall, eliminated a needless CAT-5 wall plate, patched that, put on texture and repainted the entire thing. Then, he came again to put on a second coat when the paint dried only slightly differently then it had on the original wall. Wow! We love our new paint job, but love the fact that we've found a partner for future jobs even more.
