One in particular made such a mess of the hot tub, garden, and patio set - which I had moved half-way across the yard, that I could hardly believe what had happened to cause such a mess. I requested a quote from them for a driveway reseal. The lady I spoke to clearly did not…read moreunderstand what was being requested. She recorded it as a first time seal, which it was not. The contract they sent indicated the service was a first time seal, and quoted almost $400. Competitive quotes for a reseal was around $100. I then contacted them to correct the type of service I was requesting, via email first and followed that with a phone call. I got an email back a few days later that said the original form I submitted requested a first time seal. I never submitted a form, it was done on the initial phone call. They were unwilling to provide an updated quote, based on the proper sealing required. After posting a review of my experience, they finally called, swore at me, and told me they'd never do any work for me.
