Details: Steven Clauser (company owner) arrived punctually at my house to talk through the project. He provided a written estimate on the spot. With an included 5% discount, his price was the lowest for the specified level of service (removal of all old asphalt, leveling as needed, and a new 3" surfacing). On the day of the job, Steven's son, Michael, arrived punctually with a crew of four other workers. Michael's crew was professional and paid close attention to detail, taking care not to damage my flowers and plants inches away from the driveway. As I write this review two weeks later, I'm very happy with the quality and appearance of the job. I'm also confident that Clauser will stand behind their work should any issues arise.

Couldn't be any more of a nice guy but that isnt why I think hes literally the best guy for your job. Every other roofer wants to up sell and make you pay for things that you may not need or could be purchased for cheaper. That wasnt the case with me because my roof isnt old enough to need replacement but it was leaking to my surprise. In one area only and just when it downpours. Rather then selling me a new roof he came to my house inspected the area found a small hole in my flashing and fixed it. I asked how much and he said nothing. Took 5 mins. You really think im gonna call someone else when it comes time to replace. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest roofer.

I saw a few things I didn't like about roof, asked people I know, everyone says terrible roof, tear it off! Jurin says they did a good job and that 3 nails per shingle is fine (because they were avoiding putting a nail under a joint). Says a nail through the flashing and shingles is fine and won't leak. Well, guess what? It's leaking. The "new" shingles are tearing off already and looked terrible to begin with. Additionally, these guys were totally unprofessional and rude when talking business. They were dismissive of my concerns and didn't listen to any of my requests. All in all, a terrible experience.
