Dropped off new snowblower for warranty work on March 13th. Was told by owner that mechanic was on two week vacation but drop off the snowblower so it will be in the queue for repairs. Called in April and was told repairman couldn't work on it because of the two storms that happen and other equipment repairs came first. Called again today June 12th was told " no haven't worked on it yet after all you don't need it until November." Again I was told mechanic was off for two weeks. When I picked up my snowblower (not fixed) I discovered it has been stored outside. I really didn't appreciate the owner/emplyee condescending attitude. read more

I'm telling ya...these guys know their craft. I took my push mower in for a surging and carburation problem and they diagnosed it almost immediately and had it repaired as quick as could be. Not only that they flushed the fuel tank and power washed the mower. I didn't even recognize it... it looked like it did when it was brand new. I thought I had the wrong mower, lol. My experience, these people will commit to a finish date and then fail to deliver again and again. Then literally curse you out when you need to take your stuff back because they are "too busy" to get to it. If you need your stuff back on time, stay away. Simple sharpening job or something more complex - stay away. This is just my experience and since talking with my neighbors, seems their experience also.
