It was the whole experience from check in to finish. Haley was very helpful and professional, and the installer whose name is also Randy took great care to make sure everything was done right. Very professional. read more

Just six weeks ago I replaced the windshield in my 4 Runner for the second time in nine years. On the way to Pensacola from Texas I got a star chip! Arghhhh! I asked ChatGPT what to do and Chat told me to call Mount's Auto Glass, which I did. Mount's told me they refer all chip repairs to Lloyd's Auto Glass as they are the king of the hill in chip repair. So I made an appointment. The technician came out and gave me the bad news. Because of where the chip is located he could do the surgery but the patient is not likely to make it. The chip is most likely going to spread, even after surgery. The decision was mine. I decided to pass on the surgery and see what happens. Gonna try the prayers route. : ) All this is to say Lloyd's could have kept this to themselves, done the repair, collected $125 and sent me back to Texas where my windshield would likely eventually succumb to its injuries. But they didn't. They told me the truth. This is how a business committed to integrity rolls. If this chip results in a crack and the windshield has to be replaced a THIRD time, I'll probably wait till we're in Pensacola next spring and have Lloyd's do it. read more

This was the smoothest process for ANY automobile repair I've ever had. The team at Lloyd's Glass was friendly, professional, and fast. My windshield chip repair was handled as a walk-in within 25 minutes. They vacuumed the car before returning it to me just to make sure they didn't bring any shop debris into my car. I highly recommend them for any windshield repair or replacement needs. read more

After Lloyds Glass having my wife's car a total of 5 days and 2 windshields they still couldn't calibrate camera with lane departure. (The camera system operated fine before Lloyds.) After the fact they blamed it on repairs from 6 years ago and said "we've exhausted all efforts and resources " you're on your own! So Adam Stearns with All About Glass came to my house found the camera moved slightly, corrected it and calibrated camera in under 30 minutes! I wonder how that's possible when Lloyds couldn't calibrate in 5 days? Think twice before believing those TV ads and making the same mistake I did by using Lloyds Glass! read more

Best Auto Glass Shop in the Country. As soon as you walk in the door, you'll know you found the right shop for your vehicle. The staff are all great people and seem happy to be at work and with their co-workers. The work they've done for me has all been perfect, rock chips, small cracks door windows and full windshield replacements. They've been good working with insurance and had fair prices when it wasn't an insurance job. One thing that really impressed me - I was sitting in the waiting area (free cold drinks and coffee) and a guy came in complaining of a needed a new rear window in his truck because it was leaking. The manager (Ian) overheard the conversation, jumped up, got a couple tools out of his drawer, and said "let me take a look before you do anything". Ian climbed in to the back of the guys truck, made a couple adjustments in his third brake light, and sent him on his way. They could have easily sold the guy a $700 service he didn't need and instead of just telling him to check the light, Ian went out and helped him. I think that's a great way to actually earn your customers... Don't even consider going anywhere else, especially to that company with all the goofy commercials. Another story...I think the same day that Ian saved the leaking light...two or three "techs" from that tv-commericial company came in looking for new jobs. I think that says something. ;) read more

If you need auto glass repair, go here! Don't go anywhere else! My son that's away at college, dropped by the Pensacola location to let them look at his windshield damage and boom...he drove away 30 minutes later with a new windshield! Pamela, in the office, took care of all our insurance claim and was the kindest, most professional person to my son. It was so nice to deal with a person in-house instead of going thru nine phone transfers with a "national" company and still not able to talk to the local store representative...ugh. Lloyds was so awesome, he went ahead and got new windshield wipers too and my son was so excited with the free steaks they gave him too! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!! read more

Headlight Refinishing: Of all repairs one's vehicle might need, updating a vehicle with old, hazed-over headlights is one that brings instant gratification and adds tremendous value to the vehicle. Having been in the automotive service industry for 50 years (sold all now retired), I'm well qualified to make that statement. The folks at Lloyd's Glass, specifically, Bruce, Master Technician & Rochelle, Queen of Lloyd's friendly front office, were both so personable and communicative that I wanted everyone to know. I walked in to determine a best time for my headlight upgrade and Rochelle (after reviewing her schedule and mine) suggested "right now" and that's all I needed to hear. I waited and enjoyed coffee and a walk-around in their new facility and in short order, Bruce came to get my approval of his work. My car's a 2013 Jaguar with 119K miles and looks almost as new. I have such respect for this company as they replaced my windshield a while back and did an outstanding job. Hat's off to Barry Lintner, owner, for building a Team of such high Integrity. read more

Lloyd's does customer service right. Haley was an absolute gem to work with on the phone. She handled my issue promptly, worked with my insurance to get the claim reassigned to Lloyd's and had me scheduled in just two days for the work to be done at my home. Michael was my glass tech and did a great job. My rear window was completely shattered and he worked on it mostly in the rain (in my garage) to get it complete for me. He kept me informed through the process and cleaned up all the glass pieces that had been scattered about. I am so happy that I chose Lloyd's and will be keeping them on speed dial for future needs. read more

My windshield had a rock crack directly in my line of sight. After reading many reviews with different companies, I took my car to the location in Pensacola. Upon entering, it was like I was their only customer. I was greeted by multiple employees that immediately started working on my problem. They contacted the insurance company and stayed on the phone while the claim was started. They ordered the glass, set the appointment, replaced and calibrated cameras, etc. I cannot praise this business enough. Thank you Lloyd's. read more

On Thursday 17 November 2022, my Bride and I were travelling to Pensacola Florida to visit our son, his wife/3 Grandsons for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we got a rock thrown into our windshield that left "spiderweb" cracks all over the glass. Our insurance company (Progressive) told us to use SAFELite Auto Glass located at 351 Creighton Rd, Ste C1, Pensacola, FL 32504. What a dissapointment! When I arrived there on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, 3 "workers" immediately came out to our van to assess the damage and they were shaking their heads. The manager conferred with them and then came over and told us that they could NOT change out the glass because there was rust around the frame holding the windshield- -they NEVER even got inside our van to examine/see if there was indeed rust. I then went and did a GOOGLE search and the next closest windshield repair shop was Lloyd's Glass- -I am so GLAD that I called them! They have a terrific employee by the name of Lori who is extremely courteous, super competent, and possesses a "can-do/will-do" attitude. She made all the arrangements to have my claim changed over from SafeLite. On Wednesday 23 November 2022, I brought in our van to Lloyd's Glass and I was immediately impressed = organized parking lot, clean & inviting lobby, and windows that allow customers to see into the bays while their vehicles were being worked on- -the opposite of the SafeLite facility we intially went to. The owner of Lloyd's personally took me back and allowed me to watch how they removed the windshield = there was NO rust at all! In less than 2 hours, our van was ready for us to pick it up. I was so grateful for Lori's positive professionalism, that I gave her a $30 StarBucks gift card which she used to treat her colleagues on Thursday 1 December 2022. The moral of this story = Do NOT waste your time and simply call Lori at 850-476-6340... your family will be GINORMOUSLY glad that you did, O0h Rah! Semper Fidelis, Michael read more

My experience with Lloyd's auto glass can be described in one word "exasperating." The glass repair was not done correctly the first time and when I took it back in to have them fix the problem, they said it just required a little sanding. About 2 hours later the glass had cracked and they had scratched an adjacent piece of glass. At that point, I had lost faith in Lloyd's but they refused to let me go to another repair shop. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes and said that the glass must have been defective. Eventually I got the work done properly elsewhere and learned that the glass was not defective, only Lloyd's work was. I also had to get the help of an attorney friend in order to get them to reimburse my expenses. read more

Never a problem with any of the windshields I've had replaced at Lloyd's. No mess, no leaks. I had the windshield replaced there for my ford truck because of a bad rock chip As soon as it was replaced it started leaking. I had to take it back times and my wife was called a liar before taking it elsewhere. Another glass company said the windshield was installed incorrectly. I finally have a windshield that doesn't leak. This has got the the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend to stay clear because their warranty and customer service ends when you pull out of the driveway. read more

Our RV sustained a major windshield stone chip that rapidly developed in a major crack. Lloyd's were friendly to deal with and got the glass delivered in a few days. Installation was technically challenging but they took their time to make sure it was done properly. Windshields were nearly 30% less than when I last had them replaced in California and they charged the same for labor for two as the CA charged for one. Highly recommended. read more

This is long over due, but we were on a 62 day road trip with allowed us to spend four wonderful days in Pensacola. Well, after getting our truck washed we noticed a four inch crack in out windshield. This was like late in the day on 27 July. I did a check of nearby auto glass businesses and Lloyd's glass was not far way. I called them and told them of my problem. They said the opened at 8am the next day and would get right on replacing the windshield. I was told it could take up to 1.5 hours to replace. I arrived a bit early and they had all my paper work ready for me, and took my truck right in..no delays. To my great and pleasing surprise, the work was done in 45 minutes and I was out the door and ready for more sightseeing with my wife. How great is that. They were very professional, a neat and clean office and work area, and very friendly...oh yeah don't forget the fast service!! Thanks again Lloyd's Glass folks!! read more

Fantastic group of people! They took a look at my cars issue and fixed the problem quickly. A national company who specializes in auto glass told me prior to looking at the car it would cost me upwards of $750 to replace my glass. JR and Ian actually took the time to look at my car and found the real problem and fixed it. It was a simple issue that didn't require replacement glass and a huge bill. Every staff member I came into contact with was very polite and accommodating. We will only use Lloyd's from here on out. Thank you all! read more

I requested lloyds auto glass for a repair on 10/14/16 I tried to use a local and what I thought was a dependable company. Two days after my repair the inside glue started to fall in. I then had to take time out of my day to get this correxred. One week later my front windshield strip fly's off almost hitting another car. About a month goes by then my side molding stirps start to pop up. They keep fixing this issues however this is time out of my day and it should have been right day one! Today 3/8/17 I am driving out of town to Orlando and my passenger side molding stirp fly's off hitting the roof of my truck and hitting the car behind me! I call lloyds of course I'm upset this is unheard of this my safety that was being put at danger due to the poor workmanship. I was told it doesn't cause any safety concerns. I will be out of town for 9 days traveling this exposes the side of my windshield to possible road hazards this is totally unacceptable. I asked if they will pay for another company to fix my issues and they refused telling me when I return they will correct it. I inquired a bout my nation wide warranty but because I'm not moving it will not be honored! read more
