But when you have to deal with the owner to resolve problems with a job: his motive - is to get as much money as he can via intimidation, and harassment (which would be illegal in most states); and place false liens on ones property that you can fight but it's costly. Stay AWAY! There are decent guys & companies out there -I hear TADLOCK is good!
