I was out of town when it happened and I guess they thought I wouldn't notice after some time and not realize it was them. I did notice, and called since I hadn't paid completely. They admitted it and took off $200, but I ended up spending much more to replace the entire window. Several months later, I needed to have the gutters cleaned. Even though it has gutter guards, leaves still pile up on top of those. We then noticed that there were sifnificant gaps where no guards were put... of course you don't notice this until you have to clean them. i called, of course they never answer once they have your money, and my call was never returned. Sadly, typical of workmanship these days.

Because you're not get them! Sales staff nice . Workers are decent! But when you have to deal with the owner to resolve problems with a job: his motive - is to get as much money as he can via intimidation, and harassment (which would be illegal in most states); and place false liens on ones property that you can fight but it's costly. Stay AWAY! There are decent guys & companies out there -I hear TADLOCK is good!
