Yvonne put me at ease immediately and she gave me great advice. You know you are in safe hands when the hairdresser's own hair is stunning :) . Yvonne gave me a fabulous hair cut and I made a forward booking for before Christmas. Her salon is tucked away in the middle of the village and benefits from easy parking as well as lovely views so the whole experience was very relaxing. Yvonne's charges are very reasonable and she caters for all kinds of styles and ages. She also does home visits for customers not able to get out and about. So if you are looking for a hair stylist who gives a really good service, off the beaten track in Llanerfyl, Llangadfan, Foel or Llanfair Caereinion I recommend you call Yvonne.

I transferred to this one because my hairdresser switched and moved to Shrewsbury and well I just followed him-he can never leave. The new building on milk street is much bigger than there previous mardol address. Feels much lighter and airier and after 5 years of waiting they have massage chairs like Wellington's store when you have your hair washed. Prices may seem expensive but are competitive against other salons of the same degree. Your price will also vary on the skill of the hair dresser doing it. Everyone has always been really friendly, not we want your money friendly - actually, genuinely friendly. This is the place that dyed my do green and as it was to raise some money for charity. The owner is a very friendly and stylish guy himself. He would only employ the top hairdressers in the area. I think James who often cuts my hair has worked for places like Toni and Guy in Bristol. Not that it really matters but the staff certainly know what they are doing. For a wash and cut you pay 25 pounds, for highlights, cut and wash you pay 40 pounds. I like a classical sort of bob and James puts hairstraighteners through my hair if I want it. They use Paul Mitchell shampoo now which I like. It is a very friendly atmosphere.
