The owner is a very friendly and stylish guy himself. He would only employ the top hairdressers in the area. I think James who often cuts my hair has worked for places like Toni and Guy in Bristol. Not that it really matters but the staff certainly know what they are doing. For a wash and cut you pay 25 pounds, for highlights, cut and wash you pay 40 pounds. I like a classical sort of bob and James puts hairstraighteners through my hair if I want it. They use Paul Mitchell shampoo now which I like. It is a very friendly atmosphere. Really friendly and helpful staff who go that 'extra mile' for you. Despite its modern feel its never intimidating and has a real mix of customers from the older clientele popping in for their regular 'do's' to the young student population (and everyone in between). It caters for men as well. Although it's best to make an appointment it's always worth popping in on the off-chance they can fit you in. All in all a fabulous hairdressing experience!
