They've got everything--clothing, greenery, and the friendliest, most "hello, neighbor" people you could imagine. It's a delightful, slightly overwhelming place to spend a family afternoon. But let's talk about the main event, the undisputed heavyweight champion of our visit: the Llanera wood-fire meat. We saw the fire, we smelled the delicious smoke, and like two people who hadn't eaten in a geological era, we ordered the Family Feast. "That's a nice amount of food," my friend said, innocently. "We can share this," I agreed, a fool's words if ever they were uttered. Friends, that wasn't a feast; it was a food pyramid carved out of pure, smoky, perfectly cooked meat. I'm pretty sure they wheeled a whole cow out on a hand truck. For under $70, we were given enough wood-fire protein to sustain a small village for the winter, or at least my family for the next week. We ate until we couldn't feel our toes. We ate until the concept of "full" became a distant, theoretical state. And yet, when we packed up, we were still left with a terrifying, beautiful mountain of meat. I'm currently using the leftovers to make llanera-based tacos, llanera-based chili, and I think I saw my dog eyeing a slice for a llanera-based dog biscuit. If you like incredible, flavorful, wood-fire meat and you hate the idea of cooking for yourself for the foreseeable future, run, don't walk. This restaurant vendor in Yellow Green Market has large store front. The display BBQ is very attractive. Meat is every where in the BBQ pit. We saw they have intestines and we got their order. They do give a lot of the intestines but they don't clean the intestines like Chinese chef. It is a different way of cooking. We also got the picanha sandwich. The meat is delicious. Overall the wait of the food is brutal. It went pass beyond the promise time by a lot. The meat do need some seasoning. read more

I haven't even started eating and I can tell you I will never be back. The line in the sun was 47 minutes! Once we ordered (we are doing keto) we were told that the only side we could eat was the cheese but that it had an additional fee. How much you ask? $5. What is the price of the cheese by itself? $5 I hate thieves and would not recommend this place. They staff is in a bad mood and knows nothing about customer service. After the 47 min wait to order, it was another 32 minutes before we got our food; but they gave us the water when we ordered so they were HOT by the time we got our food. read more

it is located inside the yellow green farmers, parking ia $10 for 3 hours. they are located outaide of the main building, their booth has some table behind the kitchen area in which they have some fans for ventilation. the food waa good in taste but make sure you tell them couple of time on jow you want it cook as they most likely bring it well done. i ordered the ribs and they were really juicy and tastefull. im.mot sure the picanha ordered was actually what they gave me as it seemed to be a different type of meat. note that the sides are super small. the aguapanela was a little on the expensive side, specially since it was watered down. service was meh, cashier was not friendly or helpfull. for the price, location and humidity go to an actual restaurant and you will have a mich better experience... read more

Finally we made it to try this amazing food. Last visit the order line was super long. The sir lion was so good. The meat was so delicious and soft with a hint of sea salt. My favorite side are the beans with rice. Tastes so good and fresh. read more

Rude is all I have to say. If you want to lose your appetite and pay 25$ for a single person meal for over cooked meat then this is the place for you. The cashiers are the rudest servers ever. I get it your stressed you're hot but if you run a business. Its your job to be pleasant. Or just dont do it at all. Oh and there are flies all over your food. Tried Llanera's the first time in 2021 when we had visitors, ordered the combo for 3 and was nothing spectacular. Majority of the time, I give restaurants a second chance, as we have all bad days. Went today, Super Bowl Sunday. Got the Family Feast for 6. $86 + 18% tip Though the meats were cut into bite size pieces, the whole meal had to be eaten with hands because the meats were tough. It probably would have been a lot easier to eat if the meats were CUT AGAINST THE GRAIN. Pork ribs, mostly the joint areas, was probably the only meat seasoned. Picanha was more tender than the beef, but the blood sausage was over cooked and dry, where the ends were crispy all through. The plantains were good, cooked differently from the usual fried plantains. Corn was a bit over done, as it was a little shriveled when we got home. Overall, the taste was bland. If the owners do read this, a suggestion to move the speaker box to the other side of the restaurant, away from the pick up area where it's very hard to hear the employees yelling out the numbers multiple times, and customers have to stand close to the counter to hear, and blocking the pathway for other patrons to go in/out of the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for our food. That would have been acceptable if the food was good. I splurged and paid $23 for 1/2 of beef ribs and received 2 bites of meat and the rest was either fat, raw, or bone. The corn was also old, cold and squishy. The side of plantains were also cold in the middle. We approached the counter and asked for a new plate because we had 2 bites of meat total and they refused to help us. After 45 min in line and another 40-50 minutes waiting for my order I received about 8 bite sized pieces of ribs , mostly gristle and bones. All meats, including the chorizo, were barely lukewarm , I had no appetite for it. At $32+18% tip( I really don't know what was in my head to leave a tip) I'll categorize this establishment a scam betting on increased cravings due to the aromas emanated by the show style grilling. The Cashier was very nice and was took time to explain the menu as it was my first visit and after deciding on Picanha I was able to try it to make sure that the doneness was to my liking, and oh boy was it. Let me tell you the picanha here Is in another league compared to the stuff you get at places like Texas de Brazil and Chima. Like any good piece of picanha it's tender with that divine fat cap.
