Their floors are HORRIBLE . I put in a claim in the floors within the year and then they tried to give me a $500 credit when floors were $5K. they sent their tech in hopes he would deem the flooring issue is our mistake, nope he literally said that the floors must have been from a bad batch because they are so brittle. Before purchasing floor for our new house, I stopped by the Lumber Liquidators in NJ for some ideas, and then came to this location as it is closer to the house we purchased in PA. The staff here is excellent. Mike worked with us to help pick out at first the hardwood (1100 sq ft) and then the tile (2000 sq ft) for our house. As being a new DIYer, he gave advise on how to install and his tips worked out great. We came back several times for a few items here and there in the house, both Mike and Andrew are great, and always willing to help out with any needs. Went back recently to pick up some EVP (1200 sq ft) for an add-on apartment to the house. Also came out great. Return policy great on unopened boxes. Will definitely use them for any flooring projects i have in the future and highly recommend them. read more

Great customer service! I have had interactions with Mike, Johan, and Shawn. All 3 of them were very professional and friendly! They were not only kind to me, but they were kind to my 2 little rambunctious children. They are knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Ugh! What a nightmare. Purchased expensive hardwood flooring three months ago, and we are finally having it installed. The LL installer jerked us around for months, so we had to hire an independent installer, which by the way, is much cheaper. We found out that the incompetent LL installer purchased products which were not needed, so that's another 90 mile trip to return them. It seems that he gets a commission on the products the customer buys, so naturally he is going to add some extras to the bill. Then as the flooring is being installed, we find out that many of the planks have worm holes in them. LL wood products are known to have this problem. Now it's another long trip, three hours, to pick up unmarred planks. The sales people were not helpful when calls were made concerning these issues. They are simply about making money and to hell with the customer when problems arise. There was no apology. NEVER again will we do business with this company. The one star rating is a gift. If a zero was available, that is the rating they would get. read more

Looked at floors at the big box stores and really didn't Ike anything they had. Stopped at Lumber Liquidators on a whim after looking at marble and granite for our our fireplace. We were pleasantly greeted by Jennifer but not pressured at all. We explained (to the best we could) the color and type of floor we wanted and Jennifer showed us various types and colors within our needs, again no pressure. Jennifer was patient, knowledgeable, and did all she could do for us. We cannot praise Jennifer enough for going out of her way to order samples, contact us to let us know they were there, explain floor differences, and I can go on and on. We have since ordered the flooring for one room and are planning to order other floors for more rooms from them (Jennifer). If you need a floor stop in and see her, you will not be disappointed. They sell inferior products at low prices. The staff are surly and have no clue about customer service. Products do not come in when promised and their delivery prices are ridiculous. I bought flooring and kitchen counter top and had problems with both. I would NEVER use them again. read more

Iv bought flooring from this store a few times... The pricing and products are great! It's just the workers at this particular store are pretty unprofessional. They told me my flooring would be in the following Wednesday's... It showed up three weeks later...ok no biggie, they called me let me know it was now ready for pick up. I explained to the worker I wouldn't be about to get there until the next week... He gave me a bit of a hard time which I found pretty unprofessional... Two days later I get a message from another worker asking me why I hadn't picked my flooring up yet (my flooring has only been there 3 days!!!) his message was super rude and sarcastic I was pretty taken back. I called this guy back and told him I talked to, I believe his name was James just a few days prior, he knew I wouldn't be there for a week. His demeanor had then changed and was understanding... But still why would you ever call a customer and leave that kind of message?! I wouldn't recommend this store location the workers are arrogant ... You will leave annoyed! read more

ordered 60 sq. ft.of white pine flooring. this is 3 small bundles. I wanted 3 different widths to mix in on the floor. There was only 2 widths in stock so I went with that. I was told I would have it in a week because it is in the warehouse. The first week they only sent one bundle. I was told there was no room on the truck. the second week they forgot to put it on the truck. I got it the 3rd week. 3 weeks to get 60 sq.ft. of flooring that was in stock and in the warehouse is ridiculous. I ordered what they had in the warehouse so I could have it quick. I called Customer Care and was told I could pay for a truck to pick it up if I wanted it sooner. read more
