I selected this company to replace our floors after water damage based on my initial interaction…read morewith Fred, the district manager. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect flooring match. Unfortunately, after the measurements were taken and my deposit was paid, the level of communication and customer service declined significantly. Updates were only provided when I reached out first -- there were no proactive calls, emails, or messages throughout the process. While everyone I interacted with was courteous, the lack of follow-through and communication created unnecessary frustration. On delivery day, no time window was provided. After calling to check, the truck arrived unexpectedly and damaged my mailbox without acknowledgement. After multiple attempts to follow up, I never got a response or resolution. The installer returned late the next day without notice or apology, and there was still no update regarding the damaged mailbox. Days passed with no outreach from anyone at the company. (The installer/ driver eventually replaced my mailbox about 6 days after the incident) The installation was also left incomplete, with visible nail holes and unfinished trim that I was not informed in advance wouldn't be painted (Pictures of "Completed" work). To date, I haven't received any communication or follow-up about these issues.

I had scheduled for Brian to come out to my home today for an estimate for flooring for my home…read more First he arrived 1:00 for a 12:00 appointment time then it took him over an hour to measure my downstairs, when multiple other companies have measured it in less than 30 minutes. He then came upstairs and appeared as though he did not know what he was doing at all. As I was working and speaking with a client he abruptly and very rudely slammed the carpet samples next to me as my daughter directed to come into the hallway because I had to go back to work and call a client because he took forever to measure my home, but he totally ignored her and walked into my office and slammed the samples next to me!!! I will never do business with this unprofessional company ever again. I am not sure why they feel like they can disrespect someone but that is not okay ever!!! Carpets To Go you need to train your employees on how to respect potential customers and their homes!!! This is a company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! I wish I could give them Zero stars!!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - - - DO NOT USE!

We moved into a home in Huntersville and wanted to get the floors refinished, walls painted,…read morecarpets replaced, and stairs redone....a big job. I happened to see Little Wood Flooring on my way to coffee one morning and decided to go in and check it out. I am SO GLAD I did. John was incredibly helpful and even suggested a painter that they often team up with for touch ups and repairs after their work is done. 1. The carpet was installed and complete in one and a half days. 2. For our hardwood floors we decided to just go with a maintenance coat rather than a complete strip and refinish and they look beautiful, they shine and glow, all the dullness of age is gone. 3. Our stairs took a while and there were a couple of things wrong. I showed it to John and he is scheduling the fix for it. *The only thing I would say that they could improve upon is asking about what we want... When we told them we wanted to replace the stairs they were like okay we can do that .... We later had to set up a meeting with them to select what we wanted they were planning on just replacing the railing and balusters with the same exact style...luckily we had Logan come over with a book of styles and we showed him what we wanted...I wish they would have taken the initiative in the beginning of the process to ask "What style do you want" or "Hey there are a bunch of options. Let me show you" I would definitely recommend them to anyone with the caveat of make sure you remind them to show you options. Only showing pic of the stairs they were the most dramatic change.
