She said that it would be delayed, and in late January I finally received the paperwork. IMO, it should not have taken that long; particularly with the fact that it was low season for real estate sales. More recently, I contacted her to determine if her appraisal might have had a zoning error. The appraisal had the property as a single-family property, but prior to that as well as currently, it has always been 2-4 unit property. The lot size is almost 7,000 sq feet, so I questioned her accuracy. She replied to my email without a real direct answer. When I followed it up with a more direct question, I never received a response from her. I cannot recommend this company for property appraisal because of the delays in getting the service done, and the delays in providing me with the final appraisal. I would also expect a considerate direct answer to a simple inquiry.
