I should mention I'm from Louisiana. So, on I 24 right before exit 117, I pull over to make a phone call. I turned my engine off, made my phone call, and when I turned the ignition on, I got nothing. No start. I charged the battery the night before (3 year old battery). So I call this particular store and speak to Patrick. I tell him my problem and he looks up my phone number, sees that I have bought that battery from O'Reilly in Louisiana and says he has one in stock. I purchase the battery over the phone and he personally brings it to me on the side of the interstate and helps me replacing it with his own tools. Takes the old battery with him of course. All of this done is about 30 minutes tops and I was back on the road. Amazing young man and awesome O'Reilly store.

I have tried everything from straight lemon juice to off bug spray and could not get it cleaned I scrubbed as hard as i possibly could but nothing ever worked for me . I'm a senior citizen with a fixed income. Greg knew exactly how to fix my problem I was so happy I almost started crying he made my headlight look almost as shiny and brand new as the other one. They helped me in no time at all. For that you guys are so awesome and by far THE BEST auto parts place in town for anyone to get anything dealing with autos. I will not go any place else. I have stopped at several of these stations in my travels. They are consistent in being fairly clean and well stocked with pleasant staff. This location followed the same attributes. It was right off the interstate. So it was easy-on/easy-off There were gas pumps under shade and a store with parking in front. For travellers with dogs, they have a fenced-in area for dogs next to the pumps. They share the building with Hardees in case you want to get a fast food meal and they have extra parking to the side. The pumps and store were clean although it was busy. The bathrooms were reasonably clean and the staff was pleasant. Overall, a good place to stop for a bathroom break or to get a snack or gas.
