However, I still wanted something elegant and memorable for the rest of my life. So I decided to get the cabanas instead of a tent for a better presentation. At first I thought the cabanas were a little pricey but after installation they looked beautiful and were worth it. The drop off and pick up process was extremely easy. Paying the invoice was easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when they hammered down the cabanas they broke a pipe for my sprinkler system. I called them to let them know and they told me to email them and they would be in contact. I sent an email and never heard from them or got a call back. I got tired of waiting and ended up fixing it on my own. I didn't have time to go back and forth with them and keep bugging them or else I would have. But I found it very unprofessional for them to not follow up with me. I should give 3 starts. But in all honesty they have great rentals... just need to work on customer satisfaction and maybe some type of deals for return customers or customer referrals.
