The piercing not so much because it was painful, but the piercer Jason did an amazing job giving me insight on the piercing. He informed me on every aspect of the piercing and how my body will react to it A lot of information I didn't know before. You can tell he has years in this and can be trusted. I'm usually cautious with new piercers but his knowledge of the piercing made me very comfortable with it. He did a beautiful job with the piercing itself and wasn't rough. I'd recommend him to everyone, he left such a good impression. The shop was clean and comfortable. Jade produces good work and really like my first tattoo. But, I initially got the impression that neither her nor her brother (?) would have wanted me around them had I not been a paying customer - note one of the last reviews that I read the day from a girl named Stacey before I got the tatt could have been foreshadowing... However quite the optimist, I make conversation with Jade anyways and the tattoo was done quickly and well. Super happy with it and surprisingly didn't hurt at all. What happened afterwards was what left me feeling taken aback. I expressed concerns like any newbie who just got their first tattoo and didn't know that scabbing was normal but she informed me that it was a day later. I then expressed there was some inflammation on my skin near the tatt that I was super paranoid about but haven't received any word from her so now I know she doesn't take concerns from her new customers seriously. I took the issue to a doctor who told me that part of the skin was infected and noted it looked like bruising, despite my efforts in washing the tattoo 2-3 times a day and moisturizing it and received antibiotics. So while I like her work, I wouldn't go back and have a feeling she wouldn't want me back as a customer anyways simply over how worried I naturally was as someone who never had a tattoo before but wanted the artist to let me know that everything was okay. Edit: Strange enough - the review I'm speaking of that was written exactly 3 months ago that I just happened to have read a day before my getting my tatt done disappeared on here but it's still on Google reviews. read more

The lizard lounge is a cozy clean space. With many beautiful pictures done by the matriarch and Jade. Perhaps I'll treat myself near Christmas and my birthday for a tattoo. However, I'm writing about Jason who pierced my flat and tragus appropriately 2 months ago. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the sense of peace he eluded as he comforted me simply by demonstrating his aseptic techniques and aftercare. The guy who did my tattoo(Due to me being so nervous and antsy I can't remember his name...tall, dark, super sexy) did such an amazing job on mine and my best friends tattoos. Got a beautiful tattoo here recently. Was a tiny bit nervous due to covid being everywhere but they told me they treat everyone like they have the plague anyway so always sterilizing. The shop was very clean. Staff was super nice and the artist Jade is so incredibly talented. She isn't too heavy handed and works fast. I gave her a very rough sketch and explained my idea and she came up with the most beautiful tattoo I have ever seen. It is everything I had hoped for and much more. After MUCH hesitation, I allowed my daughter to get a belly button ring while on vacation in Florida. Because she is a minor, I did need to get a form notarized and they were more than happy to accommodate. It is a small family owned and run tattoo shop and proudly display their artwork on their bodies. The rooms were they do piercings and tattoos are immaculate and probably more sterilized than a hospital operating room. I would recommend this business to anyone considering tattoos or piercing. I'm not from Kissimmee but was going to be in town for the weekend. I called the shop on Saturday to make an appointment for Saturday. I sent a picture of the tattoo I wanted and explained I didn't live in town and wouldn't be able to make a deposit. The woman I spoke to said she would "try" to keep a 3pm appointment open. I showed up around 2:15 and the woman I spoke to was there, she kept saying, "you need to make a deposit and come back Tuesday." She basically acted like we never spoke. I went here to get my first tattoo. Their minimum is $50 which worked out perfectly. The front desk guy/piercer was very nice, patient, and informative. My tattoo came out exactly how I wanted it. I am very pleased and will not go anywhere else for my tattoos/piercings. I had gotten a body piercing elsewhere and the piercer gave me jewelry that was too small. My jewelry started to recede. Great shop where you can walk in and have someone talk to you right away. Shop was out of the way but was quiet and clean. My wife and I were in the area on vacation. We have been looking for a cool shop to get tattoos done to remind us of our kids. Price was very reasonable for both tattoos. K was very laid back and took care of us without any drama. She took the design we wanted, drew it up and inked us both within about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Was cash only if that is a drawback for you.
