She was upfront about the pain and the procedure. I was impressed with her years of experience. The shop is clean and inviting. I even received a lolipop for distraction. The business location is good and the atmosphere was great. There are few reasons I did not give this business a 5 star rating, mainly administrative related. Like I said I enjoyed the experience of the actual piercing process. However, when I came to schedule and pay my $20 deposit the young women wasn't very friendly and seemed bothered to do this process. There was no one in the shop, no clients that is. Next, the cost was a more then what was quoted to me. I didn't really mind, because the service was good. Lastly the follow up process, I was asked to return one week later for a "quick peek" just to make sure everything was healing. I didn't mind and was kind appreciative of this extra step. However there was no appointment made and when I went I was left waiting. I would suggest that if this is a continued process book appointments for these quick peeks. Just so that the customer can plan accordingly and the business can account for their time. I would also have a visible price list for services

If there's one review you read and listen to, please let it be this one. I went to this shop…read morebecause of its proximity and the positive reviews I saw online. However, I should've done more research. Here's my experience: 1. The piercing was completely wrong. I went in for a nostril piercing, but it was placed way too high. It bled, and I had a headache for a week straight. Anytime the sun hit me or I smelled something with even the slightest aroma, I would get a piercing headache. I brushed it off, thinking it was just my anxiety making me overthink. Eventually, I went in for my check-up, and I was told everything was healing perfectly and that I had no bumps at all. A day later, I accidentally yanked out my jewelry, tried to put it back in, but it was painful and kept bleeding, so I panicked and rushed back to the shop. I was told it couldn't go back in because there was a bump on the inside, and I would have to come back to get it pierced again. I do NOT blame the shop for my clumsiness with the piercing falling out, HOWEVER, my friend also got a nostril piercing, and hers keeps falling out as well. Perhaps it's the jewelry they use, and if so, they need to address that issue. 2. One of the piercers was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but I went in wearing makeup since it was a spontaneous decision. The piercer made a comment along the lines of, "I remember when I used to wear this much makeup." I also had a companion with me because I was nervous about my first piercing, and the piercer blocked them from seeing me with her body. Additionally, Confessions sold me a product (H2Ocean) that caused both me and my friend to develop piercing bumps. I wasn't aware that I was paying for it until my $50 piercing turned into over $60. On top of that, the aftercare instructions they emailed me contradicted what they told me in person. I was told to use Dial soap in person, but the care sheet specifically said not to, among other inconsistencies I can't fully recall. In the end, I decided I would never return to this place. I had to go to another piercing shop, where I was told Confessions' placement was incorrect, and that they frequently get clients with messed-up piercings from there. My new nostril piercing is much lower, DID NOT hurt at all, and didn't bleed. The staff at the new shop was also much friendlier and professional. I'll provide pictures of the piercing done by Confessions (left side) and the piercing that was redone on my right side at a new shop. The photo where I have white dots on my face is the one done by Confessions. The placement is noticeably higher compared to the new one, which is lower. I'm just glad I didn't end up with a scar from their incompetence. Do not go here

Well, luckily for me, I found you here, Kemo! It might be 13 years since I last saw your level of skill practiced in real time but I'm betting you've still got it brother, and I'm ready to find out!

But every time I've been to this business, I've been spoken to very rudely. My sister and I went here this evening to purchase jewelry for her bellybutton piercing because she lost it during a run, and the tattoo artist came outside. Here's how the conversation went: "Hi we were just wanting to know if you guys sell piercing jewelry" "Yes, but our piercer is gone for the evening" "Well we're not interested in a piercing, just the-" "And I understand that, but if you come in here, I have to wipe down everything you touch." So we promptly left. Is that any way to greet customers willing to pay? Like I said, I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but I'd say this situation warrants it.

When I called to try to get my deposit back, they said that I made the appointment with the shop and didn't cancel on 72 hour notice so they won't give it back. After arguing, and showing how ridiculous that was since the artist quit the day before, they agreed to give me the deposit back. It took 12 PHONE CALLS over a span of 3 MONTHS for them to return the deposit. It became a part of my weekly routine to call them and get promised that they'll send that day, just for them to not do that and never contact me again. The front desk person was great and seemed on it, but the owner just refused to send it and hoped I'd forget about it. Seems like the owner is operating in bad faith honestly. Wouldn't recommend going here because if there is any problem you can be assured that ownership will not handle it with your best interests in mind and it will be beyond a hassle to deal with.

The first photo was taken Day 10, the second Day 24. I contacted management seeking an $80 refund because I got the tat while on vacation in Orlando. The manager asked me if Evelyn had warned me that finger sides are "hard to take ink." She had not, even though I sent her the design and location weeks prior. The manager texted me that Evelyn would redo the tat if I ever "have the opportunity to come back to Orlando. We do not offer refunds in this situation." This situation? Where I'm permanently marred by a partial tattoo? I made a second request, saying I had a reasonable expectation the tat would be applied properly, that the shop would stand by its work, and that it would be committed to customer satisfaction. Management ghosted me.

I and been to all three of their locations and have not had any problem at any of them. I got my first 11 years ago with Kemo at the Kissimmee location. It was and ankle bracelet that we designed together. The next was my back tattoo in the Kissimmee location when it was in a strip mall right after the tag and tax office. After that, it was my foot in the St. Cloud location. I then, got one of my arm done by Red himself at the new store in Kissimmee when they moved to a new building. Kemo had left for a while, and once he returned I had him do my other arm in the St. Cloud location. Clearly I know tattoos. I have only used Chris in the St.Cloud location for piercing and he is amazing. Gentle and kind. I took my daughter to him when she was old enough to know she wanted a belly ring. They are very knowledgeable about their craft and take pride in their work. All of their locations are very clean and organized. Great selection of jewelry for piercings. Call ahead if you have an idea of what you want and they will stretch it out and have it ready. Make an appointment as they are in demand. Definite a place to go you can trust.
