Because I wanted a specific artist based off my friends work they were Super accommodating and set it up with no issues. When you first walk in the studio is clean and a nice open concept. Everyone is friendly and makes the check in process and easy. The background music is trendy and sets a fun mood. My artist was Shannon and she showed me what she came up with and once we confirmed she took some time to set up and sprung into action. She offered me water and bathroom breaks as needed. Overall I loved my experience and 100% will be back for more work done. I'm in love with my tattoo and love the experience they provided for me. I love the way he incorporates these "nerdy" pop culture icons into his designs (Star Wars, X-Men, Ghostface, etc.). You can tell how seriously he takes his craft and it shows in his work. I didn't hesitate to go for a decent sized Darth Vader on my shoulder/arm, and it came out even better than expected. Less than 6 months later and I went back for my second tattoo from Cory - a traditional looking dragonfly for my moms 60th bday (she's always had a dragonfly tattoo). Again, perfection. The shop itself is awesome - very clean and open, with flash splattered on the walls and plenty of books showcasing art/tattoos from well known artists for inspiration/reference. Fridge full of complementary waters/drinks. And other artists either hard at work, or just shooting the shit (which is entertaining enough to get you through a full session, thanks Phil). So got a full panel done last December, tattoo machine was making a weird sound asked about the…read moremachine and was told it was a rotary, roughly 30 minutes later he said the machine wasn't working properly and had to switch, paid 850 for the top of my forearm, tattoo took 4.5 hours so was charged almost 200 an hour to leave with a scarred arm and told it'd be the hourly shop rate to fix anything, I have tattoos from years ago artists will still touch now that's understandably case by case but paying 800 for not even 5 hours work and having scar tissue from a faulty machine and I need to pay 100+ to get the tattoo I paid handsomely to get covered up still showing, 10/10 will not go back will not refer, got my first tattoo here on my 18th birthday and proceeded to get the 2 largest pieces I have here and feel taken advantage of, other than that the artist was super cool and the experience was awesome I just wish I didn't have to pay for ink that's supposed to still be there and to not have scars making patches in the color.
