After UPS almost lost my…read morevery important package and redirecting it for a million times all over Paris, as my last-ditch effort I emailed Lungta at the last minute and Sabah replied to my request immediately (speaks perfect English which is a huge plus for those who don't speak French!!). She promptly called the local UPS office for me to locate the whereabouts of my package BEFORE even charging me anything, she just did it as a favor because I was in distress. Every other courier service I contacted couldn't bother to pick up the phone and call UPS and try to sort this out for me. LONG story short, within 24 hours Lungta contacted UPS, managed to track it down after the package was once again re-directed (!!!) to the suburbs of Paris. They got my package and delivered it to my recipient by 10am Paris time all due to hours of quick, hard work. I really never leave reviews but the HONEST hard work by Lungta has impressed me so much to do so. Of course it didn't come cheap at the end of their service but you really get what you pay for which is a trustworthy partner when you're half way across the world.
