But anyway, it was a great sandwich. My wife expressed her satisfaction with the BLT. Fresh thick cut bread with crunchy but not overdone bacon. The only thing I would recommend would be to start carrying drinks as there were none to be offered. We will be back to try other items on the menu. I struck conversation with the lady behind the register and asked her if there was a large Filipino community in the area, as I was shocked to see their food truck. She gave me their socials and told me that they're normally based in St. Marks, but travel around to different events and locations. They give you a buzzer that has a wide range, so you could go back to having a drink in the brewery or sit and wait in the car like I did. Sometimes I'm a bit skeptical about ordering Filipino food as some recipes have been altered to fit the American palate. I've been to many places who screwed up sisig. It's a typical meal to have after a night of drinking. It's my comfort food, so I was still excited to try it. When I tell you that I wanted to cry after the first bite!
