She loves her exercise class, her bingo, and raves about the menu choices. During the elevator repairs last summer, the kitchen did an outstanding job of delivering meals and paid particular attention to food choices of the residences. The outside garden area is beautiful and very accessible. I would particularly like to commend the Site Manager, Tanya. Her position can be quite challenging at times, and she is always very welcoming and receptive. We are very grateful.

I think the cook(can't say chef) is actually also the handy man and certainly not trained! Severely short staffed. Elevators old and often out of order. Once for 3 months I've heard. Fire code is that all doors should have self closures in case of a fire but not there. Completely unsafe all around for elderly. Elevator too small if an ambulance is needed. If it's out they will start to bring trays up to residents. Once they brought up hot dogs with mustard and ketchup nothing else. One on a hotdog bun and one on a hamburger bun. One glass of milk for my parents to share? For almost $3400 a month I think that's disgusting! Line up for meals like prison and they often run out and your stuck with whatever they scrape up. Soups might be canned we often suspect. Meat is tough and overcooked usually. Often out of milk, juice and many fruit options. No waiting list cause people are flocking out. So many empty suites. Their motto is that this is the way you deserve to live. NO IT'S DEFINITELY NOT! Don't do it our parents were miserable and their physical and mental health actually declined
