We have had such a wonderful experience at the Kindercare in Livermore! We enrolled our baby around 6 months old and we have been so happy with the love, care, and support they provide our kiddo while we are working. While the center has gone through some staffing changes, the current leadership and teachers who have always been there, have been extremely communicative throughout the transitions. They have continued to make us feel welcome and apart of the KinderCare family since day one. They take the time to invest in the kids, seeming to build relationships with each and every one. They also encourage feedback and are quick to take action for any concerns raised. We feel so lucky to have such a caring, supportive, and flexible daycare team. We have 2 children at this Kindercare location. Our daughter started at 2yrs old and now just turned 4. Our son is 10month in the infant room. In the beginning I was on edge and didn't feel too sure and then there was a staffing issue that made us feel like we need to pull the kids out and previous director was not fit to be there. Then new staffing took over (Ms Diana and Ms Ikeah) and we instantly felt better! LOVE the communication and the follow ups! My daughter LOVES going to school and seeing her favorite teacher Ms Katrina! The activities and learning our daughter has received has been amazing! Our 10month son is in the infant room and they always give him so much love and they admire him. The app provides awesome photos and updates throughout their day. We feel comfortable leaving our children there with this new staffing. Keep up the good work Ms Diana and Ms Ikeah! UPDATE: Kindercare corporate reached out to me and I was told I would be contacted by local leadership (Diane Palacios) to discuss my review and get more information. It has now been almost two months with no follow up. I doubt they are going to. I didn't feel respected or cared for as a client while we were enrolled, and they certainly don't respect the parent community once you've left. Steer clear of Kindercare if you have other options. read more

We always respect child care services and their employees but this place doesn't deserve an iota of it. They took an admission for a one year old , parents started to work and 3 weeks later they said since the kid doesn't sleep/eat they can't take care of her anymore. My kid at age 18 months took 6 weeks to adjust to a new place. What were they even expecting. If you cannot take care of a 12 month old baby why do you even admit kids that age? The flip side is if the care given to a 1 year old is so bad I cannot imagine the care for elder kids. Shame you Diane Palacios and team. read more

This review is way overdue! Every time I started it, I ended up crying... tears of joy and gratefulness to know that the staff love my kids just as much as I do. My 2 kids started here with my youngest at 4 months and fast forward to now she's 2 yrs old. They started during covid and with the old director which was ok. The new director Ms. Jamie and her team are AMAZING! Ms. Cathy, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Dianna, Ms. Tori, Ms. Lisa & Ms. Jill are awesome just to name a few. Oh and I can't forget Mr. Fidel also. My daughter loves him.  If I ever have questions or concerns they always get back fo me right away. My daughter has been in Kindercare Livermore since she was a baby. Currently in the school age class as she is now in 2nd grade. She always looks forward to going to before and after school care. Their support with homework is excellent - I love their willingness to assist with reading and school projects, their attention to etiquettes and values and overall development of the kids. The teachers come up with wonderful ideas to help teach the kids. to make learning more fun. All the teachers are really warm, kind, polite and patient with the kids. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Ashley Morris. She is fantastic. Also Ms. Lisa she is terrific as well. They are very involved with the kids and they know every kid personally. read more

My son currently goes here and I am very satisfied. They have this really cool interactive app that gives you updates throughout the day. He loves it here and has made many friends!! The teachers really do their best to make sure parents and staff are on the same page with the development of the child. We have been coming here for about a month now and love the staff here. My daughter has never been to daycare before this and can be a bit clingy but her teacher has been so patient with her and making her feel welcome. Moms be aware they are going to put your baby cry until he/she get used to new environment and they will try to convince you this is normal. I put my son to a new daycare and it's not even comparable to what I have seen in few days of trying Livermore Kindercare. Of course, it is a hard time for both parents and babies to be separated when you try a daycare for the first time but this doesn't mean baby needs to cry hopelessly to adjust to the new environment! read more

I recently had to move out of state and the only thing I miss is my daughters child care! There communication skills are amazing! This center is warming and welcoming and the staff I feel like there family! They have an app that tell you what your child ate, drank, when they slept, how long they slept, when they used the restroom/ diaper change! They also upload pics of you child through out the day!!! They work with you for when your child is potty training! This daycare went above and beyond I feel they are much more then just a day care They truly care about your child! read more

This is the worst daycare ever!My son just went there few weeks,always came back with scar,lot of black and blue on he's back and leg.They even don't offer water to them unless the kids asking for it.And i still remember when I dropped off my son on one day morning I Saw two kids were fighting really bad,and the teacher turned a blind eye on this.After my son came back with some scar on his face,witch is really really close with his eye,we took him off! She is organized, funny and runs her classroom in a way that allows the children to go at their own speed. She is always willing to talk to and work thru a issue. PLEEEEAAAASE... Find somewhere else to bring your children. This place is chaotic, messy, and all the teachers and staff seem miserable. My child was getting bit or hit several times every week. KinderCare never sent home anything my child made... makes me wonder if he did anything at all. I thought "this must be what child settings are like". WRONG. I have since found a new school that he has been attending, for several months now, and could not be happier. My child is now excited to go to school instead of crying about how he does not want to go he has not been bit or hit ONCE. The staff is happy and always smiling. My son has been going to this KinderCare for almost a month now and it's been a great experience so far. He is almost 3 months so he's in the infant room. His teachers Ivy and Kate and early morning teacher Amita, have been amazing with him. They treat him so well and always make sure he's happy. My son is very easy to take care of and is a very easy, happy baby but they always have such great things to say about him and his day. I feel so comfortable leaving him with them. And they are very open an are willing to learn and do whatever it takes to make it an easy process of leaving your child for the first time. Ivy even texts me just about every day with pictures and updates threw out the day and that is so appropriated cuz I miss him so much when I'm at work. I do not have enough positive things to say about Livermore Kindercare & their staff! I did not want to return to work and leave my twin infants with anyone, but we have definitely found the right place for us! Ms. Ivy & Ms. Amy in the infant room are the most wonderful teachers, and support to our girls. I am able to focus on work because I have never worried about how they are doing. We receive updates via the app, and I never question or worry about them. The girls get excited to go in the morning when we say "we are going to school." I am eternally thankful for this center, their staff, and unconditional love and support to our girls. I recommend without reservation!!! Our son attended here from 5 months old to 4 years old and our 2-year old daughter has been attending for the past year. In the early years (2014-2015) we generally liked it but encountered a few minor issues along the way. All of these issues have been long resolved and we are now very happy bringing our daughter here. We feel a sense of community with the teachers and love watching what our little one is up to throughout the day via the app. She loves coming to school and always has a lot to say about the fun she had during her day. Kinder Care in Livermore has been a great experience for my infant and treated me like family. I was in a bind and couldn't find affordable child care and since I used kinder Care in the past I'd try them again. They we're always nice to me and treated me with respect and I was surprised to see that they greeted and knew the names of "ALL" the children when I would pick up my son Noah. They we're easy to work with and seemed geniunely interested in the kids. ( Rare to find now a days ). They still provide snacks for the older children and even had bagels and doughnuts from time to time for the parents. I tried care.com and interviewed with these entitled teenagers and young adults only to find that they had no experience and demanded top dollar for their lack of skills. Kinder Care had knowledgeable staff and even the director would watch kids when needed. In my book if the boss gets their hands dirty and can watch kids I would trust her staff. And there kids people so before you leave negative reviews try to communicate with the people watching your kids and the child in order to get results. It's a two way street read more

My daughter has been coming to kindercare since December 2019, she is still new to the daycare , my daughter is super comfortable with Mrs.veronica , who I love that she is bilingual and love that she has patience for my daughter , Mrs Kathy and Jennifer and Kayla are super awesome staff there are more teachers that are super nice but since there so many I don't know names yet ,my daughter is in the toddler class . When my son turned 3 I felt that it was a good idea to get him out of the home daycare he was in and have him experience more of a preschool atmosphere with other kids. Back then, he was my only child so I was extremely nervous bringing him to a new place. I chose this place after visiting several Livermore preschool facilities and felt that Kindercare stood out the most. Its very organized and clean and the teachers there were wondeful. My son was there 2 years and had Mrs. J and Mrs Lara and Mrs Kimberly. They were so sweet to him and everyday I dropped him off in the morning he would run inside all excited to see everyone. That right there meant more than anything to me. To see my child happy and excited to learn is such a positive way to start off the day. They also cooked healthy meals and had the menu posted of what they were serving. During summertime they had special activities which he LOVED. They ONLY thing my son would complain about is the nap time...he said it was too long and very boring. He is now almost 6 and he started kindergarden so we took him out of Kindercare. I plan on taking my daughter here when she turns 3. I think 3 is the perfect age to start them into this type of program. They do offer infant and toddler programs but I prefer a home babysitter for now. Other pluses about Kindercare - They are open 6am-6:30pm and they hardly every close during the year (only on main holidays) Unlike home babysitters where they tend to take more time off during the year, you can rely on kindercare to be open on those simple holidays that you have to still go into work. When it comes to portrait day, they always have really cute backgrounds for the kids to pose in and you can pick the ones you like best. read more

When a terrible nanny experience left me questioning whether or not I could ever trust someone with my kid again, I was VERY apprehensive about daycare all together. We checked out several and decided to go with Kindercare in Livermore. My daughter started there when she was 15 months old - she's now 3 1/2 and I have to say - I'm SO thankful for this place. She is a very happy little girl - loves all of her friends there and LOVES her teachers. I feel a great sense of peace and happiness when I drop her off, knowing great people are with my kids when I have to work. I also have a son who just turned 2. He's been at Kindercare since he was 10 weeks old. He loves his teachers, gets along great with kids and is really a happy boy. His vocabulary is off the charts and I know it's not just what I'm doing at home. I've read the negative reviews and I'm sure people get concerned reading them. I would do your research and really consider this place. There is structure, there are activities, there is laughter and there is happiness. There have been kids that have been pulled from this school and I can bet I know who they are. They were probably the kids that were just about to be asked to leave anyways. Why? Because the kids had issues that were not being addressed at home. There was one kid for a few months that was known for biting others. He bit my daughter twice and other kids a handful of times, before finally, he was no longer at this school anymore. As parents, we need to be accountable for our kids. You don't just drop them off and expect someone else to set values and rules - it's our job as parents to do it! The bad reviews are from dates that BOTH my kids have been at this school. They LOVE it there and are learning a lot. I know when the time comes that they'll be off to regular school, they'll be well adjusted and ready for it - thanks to Kindercare! This school has been the saving grace we've needed. After trying two other daycares in the area; I was starting to lose hope. I went and toured Livermore KinderCare and instantly fell in love with the warm welcome, and what felt like a true family environment. They truly care about the children and their families. I didn't feel they were try to sell me on the school or come after only money. Kate the director is amazing and so sweet. I had expressed our experiences with other daycares in the area and she assured me there was nothing to worry about with this one. Miss Jessica is hands down the best teacher I have ever come across. She cares so much for these kids as if they were her own. My son is elated to see her every morning. Finally, my heart and mind feel at peace knowing that my son is in the BEST care possible. My son went to Livermore KinderCare for a year and in that time he came home with bite marks, a black eye, yes a black eye at 4 years old and scratch marks. All of which was not documented until I demanded an accident report. He did not have a steady teacher or curriculum for months. Any complaints to the Director go nowhere. Please do not send your child here. I sent my son here and it was just awful. I have pulled him out since. Lots of bitting, hitting, this place was a mess no structure at all. Every time i went the kids were running all over the place. There was never the same teacher in my sons room. My son was sick all the time. And every time I picked my son up kids were crying.
