Shoutout to the incredible LIVELY staff at the Domain in Austin. They are just so kind and attentive, without being too pushy or trying to upsell too hard. I know how hard it is to walk that line as a salesperson. They are taking COVID measures very seriously, and they make sure that everyone is masked and uses hand sanitizer before entering the store. Also, after leaving the store I found a snag in my favorite shirt (the All-Day shirt) and Sarah was so responsive. They exchanged the shirt for a new one right away. Now, I'm not going to say my life is changed or anything because that's a bit hyperbolic BUT I will say I have found "my place" for bras. I went in and was able to get a fit appointment with someone - I want to say her name was Sarah. She was superb and so helpful. She didn't just fit me, she brought tons of options and was super patient with my questions and requests for another option. I ultimately bought three bras - all of which I am enjoying. What I absolutely love about these bras is the strap adjuster is in the front so I can actually adjust the straps myself with it on - game-changing! I also feel like they're just a great fit. They're pretty but not so over the top that that interfere with function (like creating lines under clothes). Beyond the products themselves, I just liked the store as shopping experience. The displays are beautiful /'d decor is inviting. Rather than checking out at a register, you sit down with a representative on a pink velvet coach and check out on a tablet - feels like hanging with a friend. (BTW - they're card only.) As far as covid, they lock the doors of the store gets to capacity so don't be deterred if you get there during business hours and the door is locked. I lucked out with getting a fit sesh on an off time but you can book an appointment online. I've already recommended lively to all my bra-wearing friends. I was looking for a new bra place behind the big-name fashion show brand but all had fallen short... until Lively. So happy I found them. read more

Talk about customer service! I had ordered an abundance of bras online to determine my exact size. Refunds got mixed up and i was so frustrated. Today I called the Austin store and spent a good hour with Emily straightening it all out. She was amazing! Great personality, efficient and so helpful. If I could go to the store (I live in CA.) After saying "Yes to the Dress," we needed some lingerie. Raquel was an answer to prayer. She fit my daughter into the exact right sizes and shapes and suggested a wide range of items ideal for her. She was relaxed, fun, personable, and read my quiet daughter's non-verbal cues like a pro. What could have been a dread became a delight. All items were super soft and stylish and were cut to fit seamlessly. We loved the in-store real-life images of the gorgeous women in all shapes and sizes. Highly recommend. read more

Somebody needs to give the hardworking people at this store a raise because everyone there today at the Domain store was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought I knew my size and style but Madison helped me completely overhaul my sad bra collection and it turns out I would have been getting the wrong size. She was very knowledgeable and seamlessly juggled me and one other person's fitting/consultation without me having to wait around at all. I can't remember the other staff members names but they were also great. Also, they were taking COVID safety seriously, which was a relief since bra shopping online sucks. I saw signs in the dressing room saying how they sanitize every hour with spray and also a special light for the fabrics and I was wondering if they actually keep up with that with how busy they were when I heard/saw them doing the sanitizing rounds. I wandered into this shop not looking for a new bra but was so blown away by the friendly and attentive staff that I bought a couple. Bra shopping can be awkward and intimidating but the entire staff here made it feel like you were shopping with your girlfriends who gave you honest opinions and the right advice. My experience at Lively was fantastic! I had seen these bras online and was excited to be able to see them in store. Upon entering, I was greeted by several friendly staff members and offered a refreshing bubbly water (or wine). This review is about customer service and also how much I love the lively bras. I have had trouble finding my right size for a while specially while becoming a mother and breastfeeding and then finding my own size again once I stopped. Sarah Chamblee was so great with my customer service experience and was so kind. After a few tries we did a virtual styling bra fitting and we found the perfect size for me. I am very grateful that Sarah helped me along this journey. She was super helpful and sweet and just someone you want to help you when your looking for something you need. Thank you for being so patient with me and even checking in with me each time to make sure my bra was everything I hoped for. Love how comfortable these bras are. I went into Lively after seeing some Instagram ads and wanting to try the bras on in person and see the colors (some pictures looked oversaturated). As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Raquel who was so welcoming and warm. She brought me so many options, suggested certain sizes and styles, and gave her honest feedback on fit while still being sensitive and making what might be an uncomfortable experience an amazing one. I left with a few bras and now know the Lively sizing if I ever want to buy more online. The price is also not too bad unlike some other online-native underwear brands. Raquel is so sweet! This was my first visit at Lively and it was a great experience. The store looks amazing. It's super cute and inviting. Madison helped a friend and I get sized and we tried on about 10 different bras. The bras are so soft and extremely comfortable. Originally I was just going with my friend so she could buy some but I ended up buying bras too. I did the 3 for $80 deal and it's so worth it to me. Madison was very nice and attentive. She's very thorough and walks you through everything while making you feel comfortable in the fitting room. They didn't have many sizes in store so they gladly ordered the bras for me online with free shipping. I wish Lively would make more of the bralettes in a XL for us bustier gals! read more
