During my consultation regarding an inheritance I knew he was the one after only a couple of minutes into our conversation. Bert has what author (Donald Clifton) refers to as "Command Strength" and will take charge, speak up and make sure others are heard. With this strength he is straightforward, honest and ambitious. He was exactly what I was looking for. He clearly explained the process from start to finish and was a great asset to me. Bert will continue to be my go-to for any attorney needs. I highly recommend him.

I know several lawyers, most of whom I would never consult, and Albert provided me with all of the information and guidance I needed. Thank you Albert!

It soon became…read moreclear that this entity intended to attempt to harm our family financially it thought it could act with impunity. We felt powerless and didn't know where to turn. Then we remembered that our friend, Jon Boesen, was an attorney. We contacted Jon who we have known for almost 20 years. We explained the situation to Jon and he said that although this sort of thing was outside of his specific practice of law (personal injury) he thought he could help us out easily. When we protested that we had tried several times to get this business to do the right thing to no avail he assured us that he knew just the approach to take. Sure enough, within 24 hours, Jon had this company doing a complete about face and it would no longer be a bother to us. And he did it without having to take them to court or even threaten to. He simply went to their offices and sat down with their CEO and explained what he expected them to do...and they did it. We don't know what he said but it must have been convincing! His reputation as a successful Personal Injury Attorney must have had something to do with the quick results. Jon not only saved us from a corrupt organization but saved us countless thousands of dollars in legal fees. Our family has had to hire a lawyer once before and it was a money hole. That lawyer dragged the process out in an obvious attempt to bill us to death. Not Jon Boesen! His integrity and way with people is a wonder to behold. If he can get results like these in an area that isn't even his specialty imagine what he can do for someone who needs a PI attorney?

He explained everything clearly from payments to what could happen in court, including cross-examinations. I never felt confused or unprepared. Also, kudos to him for how responsive he was. I'm really grateful for his help and would definitely use him again in the future if I need to amend my parenting plan. If you are entering into a legal matter expecting results, trust me,…read more THIS FIRM SHOULD NOT BE YOUR CHOICE! A family law case in which we spent several thousand dollars preparing. Hours spent creating a plan for when we went to court. The morning of my case, my attorney, Brandon Arnold, arrived with everything ready as discussed. However, he decided not to touch on any of the subjects of importance. A huge issue we were seeking was medical care for my granddaughter. The father is legally responsible for providing this through the earlier court documents we provided. The father let it lapse, forcing the mother to supply it at her own expense for nearly a year so far. I even requested a separate phone call with him, relaying its importance. Our so-called attorney decided to ignore this, becoming mute in court and ignoring instructions that he and I had agreed upon. What good is an attorney who won't follow instructions? ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! We, of course, had NO vindication, and our case received nothing in the form of justice. After receiving no relief on this matter, this sorry excuse for an attorney told me that I should request this be completed on my own in a kind letter to the defendant. If this were to be the outcome, then what is Brandon Arnold even here for? Why would I pay thousands of dollars to this mannequin just to be told "do it yourself"? We hired an attorney and created a case because we could not get satisfaction ourselves by contacting the defendant directly. I am, of course, upset about the verdict, but more irritated by a complete lack of effort by this firm I hired to represent my case. Lawyers such as this need to realize there is more to their profession than simply cashing checks and creating excuses. If they had an option for zero stars, I would use that, but I guess giving him one star makes sense. After all, he did find the courthouse.

It has now been a full week since the closure, and the managing attorney/owner has provided zero communication regarding how or when clients will receive their unused retainer funds held in trust. Multiple follow-ups have gone completely ignored. It is deeply unprofessional to shutter a legal practice without an established process for returning client property and unearned retainer balances.
