Went in for a couples massage and overall enjoyed the experience! The reason behind my 4 stars is…read morepurely because my masseuse was sick, and male. I didn't mind a male technician, even though I didn't know, more than I minded him being sick. He was sniffling throughout the experience, with led him to breathing loudly, and at one point he sneezed, blew his nose and then went back to touching my face without washing his hands or anything inbetween. It wasn't until I turned around too that I realized he wasn't even at least wearing a mask. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and I did enjoy mine as well at a base level, again it was mostly just because my masseuse was sick and there were some missed precautions. I appreciated that they did an intake form, and asked if their pressure was okay throughout. I have been to a place before that didn't ask what pressure/areas you wanted worked, and here was honestly a great price for the 2 of us! it was also very clean inside, smelled great and nothing stuck out in those regards. Bottom line would l come back? Yes, but next time I would be more vocal in asking for a technician that's not sick. They also do a punch card, 10th massage is free!

This was a little frustrating but I dealt with it. After the interaction and the added fee, I forgot to leave an OPTIONAL tip. I found it extremely unprofessional and rude to have the masseuse chase me out into the parking lot yelling after me demanding a tip. Not only are you adding fees for costumers paying with a debit card, which in itself is illegal to pass on the charges to your customers, but to follow a customer out of the store demanding a tip is outrageous and outright unacceptable. Tipping is optional, and if it is not, post a sign in your establishment requiring gratuity or up your prices so that the employee doesn't feel the need to harass a costumer that already left.
