Not a fan. We are new residents in the area and I was in the market to purchase some very nice…read moreearrings for my wife. We arrived about two mins after opening time but, the door was still locked. The guy with the keys slowly made his way up to the door and unlocked it and then proceeded to move the security gate further back and then opened the door for us. We walked it and were met with a less than enthusiastic "what are you looking for". I asked if the associate my wife had spoken with and created a wish list with was there. He said "no, she's not" and then repeated "what are you looking for". My wife explained made a wish list. He walked away saying he would print it. Again, with no personality or sense of urgency. We waited quite sometime and finally another lady came up with a printed list but, said their printer was broken and didn't have pictures. She then proceeded to try to match things up using product numbers. Honestly, she was clueless. I feel like I could have done a better job finding the items. She struggled with basic questions on is the Diamond natural or lab grown along with color and clarity. When I started looking at their prices, I realized that I could get comparable Diamonds approximately 15% to 20% cheaper at Costco, Kay or Zales. Perhaps if the service had been solid and I felt like i mattered and had a competent sales person, I would still have paid the higher price for convenience and supporting local. However, when you start out acting like I'm a burden and you're ill prepared to assist me...no thanks. Feel free to still try this place as maybe I caught them on a very bad day but, they definitely lost a $5k sell from me and I won't be back.
