A fanciful collection of hub caps that's managed to get a California Historic Marker. It was Litto Damonte's nearly lifelong labor of love. He left San Francisco for rural Pope Valley, a good move on his part. He began by collecting hub caps lost by drivers, now it has grown with donations.
If you're speeding past at 35 mph (or more) it looks somewhat like a hoarder house, but if you're able to pull over, one can see the wonders of Lito's upcycled art. Hub caps adorn houses, trees, there's even a display of license plates from around the US.
For homespun folk art, it's gotten state&national recognition-
