Incredible staff. Kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I took my two shih tzus here for a check up, teeth cleaning, and even had to bring one of my girls in for an emergency vet visit. She got a terrible cut on her leg from a grooming accident that required staples and stitches. Dr. B fixed her leg right up. They didn't even charge me for the follow up visit as the staples had already fallen out. When I took one of my girls in for a teeth cleaning, they took great care of her. I for before an after pictures and no extractions were required. This vet clinic also accepts my pet discount card- petassure. Dr. B is an incredible, experienced, kind, and talented veterinarian. I recommend his practice to all the animal lovers I know! read more

We've been taking our dogs here since 2019 and we were planning on no longer coming back after having a terrible experience with Dr. B, who is listed as the owner of the practice on their website. It now appears that the vet is closed, even though we've received no information from the vet directly that they've closed, just saw a pop up on the website. We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Goodman and Alyssa, the tech. They've were wonderful and helped us advocate for our dog when Dr. B either did not communicate with us or was not receptive to our concerns. One of our dogs had a mass removal surgery with Dr. B, who we never got to meet before the surgery. The whole situation from start to finish was poorly handled by Dr. B and the entire mass was not even fully removed. Other staff and Dr. Goodman did not agree with how the surgery was done and the aftercare by Dr B, including removing staples before they were ready. I witnessed a tense interaction between Dr B and a tech where they argued in front of me about if the staples were ready and the need for further pain meds and antibiotics. After discussing my concerns with Dr B that the mass wasn't fully removed, he stated he would do the second surgery for free if "I cared that much about my dog aesthetics". I explained that I was not interested in putting my dog under any time soon but that I was completely dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. Dr B crossed his arms and said he was sorry I was disappointed and didn't know what else he could do after offering to do the second surgery for free. I don't believe that Dr B should be practicing, whether this clinic stays closed or reopens. Hopefully we will be able to get our vet records. read more

Should have done more research, this place seems to be known for overcharging and mishandling pets. The manager at this location is in over her head and doesn't know what she's doing. I learned this the hard way during my September visit. Luckily, the entire staff seems to turn over every 6 months, so more than likely the incompetent staff will be replaced soon. read more

I have been taking my pets here for over a decade and I am done. The service is disgusting. One of our pets is sick, we paid over $500 for test and were told we would have results today. We called twice for an update and the second- well before closing- we were told they didn't know if they had received the results and the doctor was gone for the day. The staff is aloof and uncaring and quite frankly just can't be bothered. Telling someone who is concerned about their SICK pet that "there were a lot of other animals" that took priority over a 5 minute phone call is cold. A year ago the staff was amazing- the technicians, vets and other staff were all so caring and HELPFUL! I would get follow up calls after a sick visit to make sure the treatment was working and to see if I had any questions. Now we can't even get person on the other end of the phone who can PRETEND to care even a little. read more

Amazing every time I need them they have been cool calm and collected. No judgment with the tougher conversions either!

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Both of my dogs felt at ease with them. I would highly recommend this vet to all of my friends who have fur babies. Katie was very good with my dogs and she calls to check in on them. read more

if I could rate lower I would. Do not bring your animals here! Tells me the diet I have my puppy on is not good but then feeds my dog cheese in a can? Forgot I had an appointment in the first place, extremely unprofessional and wants you in and out as quickly as possible. They do not care about the wellbeing of these animals, it's a paycheck. proceeds to tell me 17 different dates of when I should come back and couldn't even remember when my puppy had the last shots (clearly stated in the vaccination documentation I gave them). Yet again, do no come here if you care about your pets! read more

Very appreciative of my dog's visit we had today. My dog needed to get in, he has never been seen at this vet before but they were able to let me drop him off and be seen in between apts. I called probably 8 different places and no one even attempted to get my dog in, including the vet he has been seeing, except this place. They did not gauge me on prices which has been a common occurrence out here with vets. They explained everything in detail to me and were very thorough and friendly. I came back to pick him up and instead of him waiting in a kennel they had him in the front with the receptionist. That impressed me the most because I know he was terrified of being in a kennel in a foreign place. Leaving my current vet and using Littleton Vet Clinic from now on. read more

I would like to start by acknowledging that being a vet is hard because animals can't talk, so I appreciate the challenge a vet has in diagnosing illness in a pet. However, my experience here just wasn't great. When booking the appointment, the payment seemed to be all that mattered. You pay before you go, which is fine but the focus on money was a bit much. When I got to the vet, I waited to see the vet for 40 min past my appointment time. I understand that some patients maybe take a bit longer, if not how I wanted to spend my day off. The vet finally came in- he was very nice. He genuinely seemed to like animals. However, I came in for a few very specific reasons and he immediately jumped to dental care ( about $800 for a teeth cleaning) and an expensive dog food that may or may not help. He also wanted to put my dog on an antibiotic, even thigh the tests came back negative for what the antibiotic would have treated. He also tried to sell me some dog treats. Overall, it felt more like they wanted to rack up a bill more than truly help my dog. Rather disappointing. As I mentioned though, the vet seemed to genuinely care about animals. read more

Outstanding veterinary clinic. Everyone is so personable and thorough. My rather substantial cat is not fond of being picked up, and, like many critters, not fond of going to the vet. The Doctor and Vet Tech were so gentle and patient with him. They made sure that he was good and stable before he and I went home. Post exam, they darkened the room, got him a goody, some water, and made sure the fan was blowing in his direction. The Doc had us, myself, my cat, and the Tech, in there a good 15 or so minutes to make sure that he was alright. Wish my own doc gave me such consideration! Can't recommend these folks highly enough. read more

I have been a customer of this clinic for years, spanning 2 dogs. We had to put down our old guy last November, and got a new puppy in December. Our pup has seen this team since we got the new guy. we have spent quite a bit with this place since we rescued him. Now that he is nearly 7 mths old, i called to schedule a neuter, as the doc at this clinic asked me to wait until now. They made my appointment immediately, but I had to call 2 times to get an estimate, and i was SHOCKED when they just sent me an estimate for $1957 for a PUPPY neuter! JUST the neuter was $937. an average price for neuter on a dog this age and size is $155-$300!!! When I asked why the price was so high to the representative at the front desk said that was the price before she got there. The rest of the cost was anesthesia, procedures, inventory items, and labs. Almost 1k worth in addition to the actual procedure. I have cancelled the appointment and have fired to clinic as my puppy's provider. Just pitiful and shameful. read more

I've been bringing my cat to this place for years, and brought her in for her annual treatment. Rather than doing what was agreed on, the manager at this location went rogue and did something that was not only not agreed on, but was harmful and dangerous to my cat. Then, they charged me triple the price. No apology and no willingness to work with me. I will never go back to this dangerous vet ever again read more

I have taken both of my dogs to Littleton Vet as soon as they came home at 8 and 9 weeks. We initially fell in love with the clinic and Dr. Mary and Dr. Laura. This was 4 years ago. This clinic was all we ever knew so we kept going. They do over charge and the staff does over turn frequently. In the first year or two (during covid) the staff was awesome and we saw the same people. We don't recognize anyone anymore and the staff lacks empathy and overcharges. Do your research before coming here. Look into other clinics and see their prices. Do not get roped in as a first time pet owner and think this is the best you can do. You and your pet deserve more! In the first 5 minutes of looking at other clinics we have received such great customer care even over the phone and transparent pricing. ALSO forgot to mention I took my female dog to get spayed at 7 months old here (she's a Siberian husky) so it took 6-7 months to get her belly fur back. After 6-7 months post spay surgery I noticed she had been bleeding. I thought this was impossible but when I took her in they did an ultrasound and found parts of an ovary still inside her and had to re-do the surgery. They did re-do it at no cost (which was expected) but poor girl had to go through that twice and we have given them the benefit of the doubt but they still choose to overcharge and lack the communication. read more

Easily the most unprofessional visit to a vet I've ever had in my entire life. Came in for the first routine checkup and vaccinations for my 14 week old puppy. From the moment I walked through the door their was zero guidance from the clearly very young front desk person who is also clearly untrained and learning the process, yet had no supervision and no one even guiding him what the process is for the first visit causing massive anxiety for the dog instantly upon arrival. He couldn't even manage to assist me while trying to weigh my panic ridden puppy and expected me to solely handle the dog as it's literally getting the pee scared out of her. This unfortunately continued as I had to completely handle the dog to get a physical examination and SHOTS since the doctor's assistant was clearly incapable of actually assisting, not to mention the poor handling guidance from the actual doctor. We were then shunned for considering a grain-free food as I am a fairly new dog owner, quickly after the doctor proceeds to feed my PUPPY Cheese Whiz from a can?!? Contradictory, unhealthy and unprofessional. The cherry on top was how hard it was for a DOCTOR to calculate the next vaccine follow up appointment interval and gave at least 5 different dates before looking at the records for over and over to finally do the math to figure out the right date. How am I supposed to trust a doctor who can't do simple math? Needless to say I will not be returning for that follow up and will be finding a different reputable veterinarian. I regret not doing more research to realize all the good reviews are from years ago from this location. Ultimately it seemed like no one was formally trained, no one follows a professional process, they DIDN'T EVEN CORRECTLY INPUT OUR APPOINTMENT AND ALMOST SENT US TO A DIFFERENT VET BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN COMPLACENCY. After reviewing the "advice" the vet gave us, she recommended that "it's ok to take the puppy on walks" clearly only thinking about the healing spay incision my dog has, not realizing that we haven't even fully vaccinated the dog, but you recommend walks in public places? This place is unsafe for pets I would never recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy. read more

Just moved here. Despite being booked up for awhile in advance, there are ways to get same day, and they were kind enough to share the secret . Once there, everyone we dealt with was kind and the doctor was great! Price was reasonable and my pup got a treat I also never felt they were rushing through. Spent time getting to know my dog and discuss any issues or concerns. read more

If you love your dog, do not bring them here!! This clinic accepts no responsibility for anything they do to your loved one while they are in their care. My dog went in for a dental cleaning in early March and when I picked him up outside, he was covered in his own feces. They only told us this as they brought him out and did not offer to clean him at all, and my wife and I were forced to clean him down at home and then give him a bath. If only that was the end of it! A couple of weeks later, our dog was very sick. We tried to get a visit with Littleton Vet only to be rudely turned down over the phone and told that his only option was the nearby Urgent Care. When we called, they were also booked and told us to look elsewhere. How are we supposed to get our dog help when his own doctor refuses to see his emergency!? We wound up finding an urgent care who was willing to see my dog that day, who assumed it was a UTI. They started treatment with amoxicillin, but a week later he was still urinating blood. That's when we found All About Paws! They were able to squeeze us in the same day we called, even though my dog was a new patient. Great first sign! Then, they allowed us to go into the building to be with and comfort our dog during the process. That's unheard of during COVID! They did a full urinalysis and found that my dog has E. Coli. E. Coli comes from close contact with feces, which was on his back, leg, and groin. Coincidence? Dr. Mary Saire did not think so. She called us and gave a million excuses for the feces after his cleaning and why they were too busy to see my dog when he was sick as well, but never took any sort of responsibility for her practice. We keep our dog in a clean apartment with no unsupervised outside access and he has never gotten a UTI before. The only time he has been exposed to feces was in that office. She did mention that they sponge bathe dogs that soil themselves, unless they are "being difficult". Have you never heard of wipes!? Also, that was her admitting to sending dogs home covered in feces!!!! My dog was not difficult, he was so pumped full of anesthesia that he couldn't do much of anything for hours after we took him home. At the end of it all, she offered my wife $59 or a free examination for the ordeal. As we can no longer trust this establishment's duty of care, we opted for the $59 to at least help recover a small portion of the $700+ in fees that their irresponsibility accrued. This is not the kind of care I expect for my pup, nor would I wish for any other creature! read more

It happens to all of us as pet owners, the last minute panic when your animal has a problem and has to be seen immediately....I went in earlier in the day to ask some questions about the clinic, the doctors, etc. and Julie at the front desk was so incredibly understanding, helpful and patient. She scheduled me to return later that afternoon to get my cat in, no problem. The coolest thing about this place is the cats and dogs have separate clinic space, (cats downstairs and dogs have the upstairs) so there are no clashes between them which keeps the experience very mellow. I got my kitty in and Dr. Hunt was so personable, letting me watch the whole time, and he handled my injured cat with velvet gloves. Obviously he loves animals, and he provided so much helpful information, care tips, and options for treatment. Unlike a lot of vet's I have encountered, he actually listened to my concerns and valued my input, treating me like an intelligent responsible pet owner. I have nothing but high praise for the people here, top notch from A-Z. I'll be bringing my dogs in when they need shots, and if this level of service keeps up they will have a client for life!!! Thank you so Much to Julie and Dr. Hunt for the best Vet experience I have had in a long time!!! read more

I am a NJ transplant, so when my dog needed quick medical attention and I hadn't yet established a new vet, I was nervous to say the least! I called Littleton Veterinary Clinic based on reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. We were fitted in the same day (literally, she gave me an appointment TWO hours from the time that I called). Every tech and doctor in the building has been amazing. They know my dog by name already, they're super sweet and caring about how she is... I was also not overcharged. In fact, I had full bloodwork done in NJ and it was over $350. Here, I got her bloodwork, vaccines AND urinalysis for under $150. The prices were reasonable. The people are attentive as you please! We did "splurge" on an ultrasound (but still not bad for what I expected), which had been recommended because my dog is 8 years old, and the issue at hand had been a concern over kidney function. For us, it was important to make sure there wasn't any "hidden" danger internally, but make no mistake: I didn't feel a push for things that were unnecessary. She paid attention to details in the bloodwork that were overlooked at a prior vet, and seemed genuinely concerned over her wellbeing -- and our peace of mind. After visit follow-ups are NOT the standard "Hey, it's been a few days, so we're officially checking in on your dog 'cause we have to." Instead, the doctor herself called us around 7:30 pm about my dog's bloodwork and urinalysis -- and this was multiple days in a row -- and our conversations were 20 minutes-ish. Dr. Mary never rushes you, in the office or on the phone after hours. read more

Both been very thorough and yet conscientious of letting me know options and pricing to make the best judgment for our loyal four legged family member! So glad I found this place! I'm generally not a review poster but I had an awful experience at this office contrary to the positive reviews I had read previously. I absolutely recommend Littleton Veterinary and Dr. Sare. I have two senior pets and she has been honest and open with their current medical needs. On every visit, I have received a follow up call the best day about my visit. I recommend them to any one. read more

Loved the previous Vet, but Dr Sare does NOT listen to the pet owners, goes about upselling, and after almost daily visits for a week, nearly killed my dog. After her 2nd seizure while under this vet's care, I took her to VCA and they found my dog to have a heart murmur and the meds sold to me by Dr Sare could have killed her. VCA saved my dog's life. They changed all meds and within 18 hours I saw a marked improvement. Dr Sare then took the credit and refunded no $ although I returned everything, mostly unopened. Never again!! read more

While it was very nice that the doctor was able to come in early to see me, I found Dr. Hix to be quite condescending in many ways, especially about my cats being adopted from an animal shelter (Maxfund). He also used fear to try and force me into purchasing more products, stating (roughly) "either buy our food or put him on pills everyday, which do you want?" I was also put off by his patronizing voice towards me as he literally stated "ingredients don't matter," as I investigated the food he was selling. Beyond the doctors attitude, I would say he is knowledgeable and we shall see if his diagnoses and treatment plan helps my kitty. I would like to mention that the front desk women was very pleasant, and it was nice that there were no barking dogs in the same waiting room. Based on everyones comments, I would give him a try, perhaps he was just having an off day (we all have them). read more

Great staff, great vet, great love. Our pup received wonderful care. We'll certainly be keeping this as our primary veterinarian clinic!

I found this clinic by chance because they were the only ones that could see my sick cat the same day. And I'm glad I did. From the start they were very kind and caring, and treated my little guy like he was one of their family. After a week of visits trying to narrow down the problem, we discovered that he had advanced lymphoma, and unfortunately I will have to put him down soon. Which is beyond heart breaking. Especially because he is only one year old. The emotion they showed when they broke the devastating news to me was so heartfelt and sincere I was truly moved by how much they care. This will be my vet clinic when I decide to get my next cat. They are above and beyond what I could have asked for in kindness and care for my little guy. Thank you Dr Cece. read more
