The car exited the tunnel at 12:55. That's 35 minutes to go through the tunnel. The drying team worked on the previous two cars for 15 minutes without touching her car. She asked What's going on? One answered, We are short handed today. At 1:10 ( 50 minutes since arrival), she had had enough and asked for her key and drove off with her vehicle never dried off or touched after the wash tunnel. She paid for the Gold Service. $42. It was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely disappointing. No management in sight. Working slower than snails and always checking and talking on their phones. Some owners just don't care enough about their businesses to get involved. This owner should sell before it's too late.
