My wife entered the hospital shortly after we signed a contract with Janice to sell our house making it a difficult time with getting the new house ready, moving and getting our house ready and staged to sell. With out the excellent advice and help from Janice things would not have turned out as well. Janice worked with me to design what I need to do to get the best price but also helped me find people to do the up grades that were required to people to even clean up. We received three more offers that weekend all over the asking price. In about 10 days the original buyer signed a contract to back out of his offer and we accepted thus allowing us to look at the others that came in all above asking price.
