:) Quaint shop with yummy sandwiches! They're on the smaller side, so I would definitely grab some additional snacks while you're visiting. Bread was soft and the cold cuts were high quality.

Everyday Cheese Sandwich

A quaint little shop that focuses on wine, cheese, meats and fancy little snacks. However, they also have a rotating daily sandwich if you want to grab something more substantive for lunch. Most sandwiches are pretty high quality; can rival places that specialize in sandwiches. Italian Cold Cuts Sandwich: It was like bunch of wispy thinly sliced ham. Loved the texture and the slightly salty taste. Some really good creamy mustard dressing countering the saltiness. The bread was firm and hearty. Overall, filling and satisfying. Pastrami Sandwich: The pastrami was sliced extremely thin, like deli ham, as opposed to hot thick slices you might find at a carvery (e.g. Tommy's Joynt). The pastrami was also mildly flavored, not emanating the heavy spice aromas you sometimes find. Additionally, the bread was the same firm roll that seems to be used on all the other sandwiches, instead of a softer rye. So with all that in consideration, it felt more like a ham & cheese sandwich than a pastrami sandwich. However, one nice perk was the homemade Russian dressing which seemed to have large slices of pickle in it; that was fun. Everyday Cheese Sandwich: Kinda like if you'd be eating bread and cheese and fig jam from a charcuterie board, but assembled all at once in sandwich form with a little bitter arugula thrown on to contrast the rich cheese. It's simple, but quite enjoyable. Mt. Tam triple creme is really an indulgently creamy cheese.

Delicious sandwich lowkey neighborhood vibes. I will definitely be back. Very cute local wine shop with a few goodies (crackers, chocolates, toffees). Perfect stop before a day out at the park near by!

Little Vine is a newer sandwich shop in North Beach. I had a prosciutto sandwich when I went to North Beach for Jack Hirschman's memorial. The guy went to Michigan. Good sandwiches premade. Italian style.

MUST STOP - Worth making this the cornerstone of your day and jumping off point in North Beach. What a wonderful little shop. They have everything you need for a picnic, or even a full blown dinner as casual or fancy as you would like. From fresh cut steak and meats, to pasta sauce, cheese, pasta, wine, chocolate, pickles, they have it all and have done a wonderful job procuring only the best items. It is as if everything they have in there is exactly what you are looking for. SANDWICHES - They make some of the best sandwiches in the city. I have made an effort to try places that are consistently ranked highly or are neighborhood favorites, and LV is without a doubt one of the best I have had. I randomly tried one when I was in the area and now make it a point to get them frequently. Incredible! The people are also wonderful. Very welcoming, appreciative, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a gem in North Beach and one of the best in San Francisco.

You have to go here - I am going to be dreaming about the sandwiches we got for months my partner and I split the roast beef and the Brie/fig/prosciutto sandwiches. I hate horseradish so I thought I wouldn't like the roast beef but the second I tried it we had to split both. It was AMAZING. The ingredients were so fresh and delicious. We also got blueberry lavender jam, garlic aioli, lemonade, and earl grey shortbread cookies. I'm already planning to bring my parents when they visit this month. Grab some goodies and walk to the park!

Wednesday: prosciutto & cheese. Today the cheese is mascarpone.

Have been here twice and will be back to eat everything else they have haha. Very punk shop. Tiny little space with a cute parklet in front. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Want to come here for more food, grab a bottle of wine next door, and enjoy the night with a friend. I won't say much about the food, just that there is a reason I want to come back for more. Fresh, delicious ingredients. Carefully thought out and brought together for great combinations. Truly curated experience is how I would put it. I really like this shop.

Came here right at 11:30 AM on a Sunday to get their Brunch Focaccia. The shop is filled with…read moreshelves of unique produce and dry goods, giving a sense of wonder and cozy intrigue. I loved seeing all the other goods they had for sale; though they were pricey, the curation seemed very special and done with love and care. There's some seating outside on benches or the patio deck, and the employees were very friendly and easygoing. The day I went, the brunch focaccia was an artichokes, salsa verde, sundried tomatoes, red onion, arugula, and pepper jack focaccia that day, and it was delicious! they grill it fresh in front of you (takes about 5 minutes), and I'd recommend eating it as soon as possible for the best experience. The focaccia is so light and airy with the crispy crust, and their ingredients are so high quality with a symphony of flavors. Would definitely come back again for this, maybe to also try their paninis!
